El desayuno muy mal, no había nadie pendiente el agua regada sucio

Pedí servicio traslado aeropuerto hotel nunca se dio, no hablan español, mala atención, muy sucio el lugar, el desayuno muy desordenado y sucio, posiciona fuera de servicio y en oscilo estado de aseo

The elevator was out. Has been like this for MONTHS. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. You had to WALK up to the 5th floor for ice. The pool was not available. THIS IS ONE OF THE HOTTEST STATES IN THE COUNTRY !! I will NEVER come back.

Egg patties were the only hot items - chewy and tasteless. Waffles were ok. Trash full.

Cleanliness - The floor in our room was so dirty it looked like I had been walking around the parking lot without shoes for days. The fridge was also not working.

Absolutely nothing good. This place was disgusting the room was nasty and extremely dirty and smelled. There was public hair in the towels, the ty didn't work, the phone didn't work, the bar of soap was opened. Nastiess place ever. We ended up leaving and didn't stay.

Everything. As soon as you enter the door the nasty cigarette smoke hits you. The first room I was in had black stuff that would not rinse off in the tub. The phone did not work so I had to walk to the front desk. The ironing board was rusty. No iron was available. The second room did not have an iron or ironing board. TV and the phone did not work. The toilet just kept running the water from the tub would not turn off completely. The mattress was used up with no springs or firmness. I simply sunk in. I was too tired to go back to the front desk. Paid $114 to start there from 9 pm to 8 am. The place needs to be shut down for renovation. It's old and nasty

The person who was running the office ran my card 3 x and said it was declined but I went to an ATM after calling my bank and withdrew 200.00 the clerk looked at me like I was lying about having funds in my bank.

The room was clean. The hotel has a funky cast of characters. It seems like quite a few of the people are extended stay. The hotel has a fun, down by the river feel. The park across from the hotel is beautiful, and you’re next to the Mississippi!
