small room, old and need refurbished. stuffy room in the one without window.

It's close to restaurants and the harbor from where the boats for island hopping leave so that is convenient. It was good value too.

The place was dated. It was not very spacious (we booked the room for 3 people and it was too crowded) and the bathroom had ants. We saw rats crossing the balcony.

The location was perfect. Right on the seafront, with lots of restaurants below.

Facilities are quite basic but it was reasonably clean. I think it is overpriced in comparison to other accommodations we've taken in this price range.

Centre Location, big balcony. Sea view, can see the busy traffic of big and small boats come and go.

No cleaning for Corridor/walkway; lack of maintenance and repairing. Suggest staff more smiling and more initiative.

The view is fine, you look out over Tun Sakaran. The bed was quite comfortable (compared to what you get in the rest of Borneo). Staff was adequately friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area is not much of a selling point. Restaurants in the area lack athmosphere and are frequently visited by children begging for money. The hotel doesn't serve food, so visiting these restaurants is unavoidable. Toilet wouldn't flush, staff managed to fix it somewhat and did offer a different room. The room was quite noisy due to passing boats. Wouldn't neccessarily say the hotel was bad, mainly suffers from Semporna not being a fun place to be in.
