Everything you need is there. Great pool, bar and facilities and really comfortable and spacious room. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here too.

Bit far away from everything, I only stayed here the night before I went to the airport and unless you have a car to travel Antalya it’s quite far!

The property is okay. Facilities are clean.

We were checked in with no problem. The desk took all our info, including kids passports. No mention of extra fees. The next day, the manager forced us to pay an extra 50 Euro per night because Booking.com sent one guest info for just me and not my wife. In my 20+ stays with booking.com in the last year, this is the first time I’ve had a horrible customer service moment at the property. My cousin had his own reservation and he was charged 30 Euro a night extra for a 15 month baby. Breakfast was covered with flies and pretty gross.

Mehmet was a nice host. He helped me otherwise i would have checked out day 1. . On the last day Sedu helped us.

One of the staff member was very rude since day 1 and literally told me to Get lost in his language. Not a good experience at all. Very unprofessional guy and i have already told the manager about this. Hope he teaches him some manners as this will not be good for hotel reputation. Bled me Too far away from city center. Breakfast not upto the mark. Only good thing was the pool. Taxis are a rip off. Blamed me of not paying 250 liras of restaurant food. Come on man if i can pay 1250€ i can pay 9-10 euros as well.

Very modern with lovely clean pool and well maintained gardens. Great air conditioning and excellent menu in the restaurant for lunch and dinner.

More range of drinks for breakfast and it would have been good to have a paper menu aswell as on line menu

We stayed at Veranda Suites in Antalya, Turkey for 7 days in July, and had an overall amazing time. The location was great, only 10-15 mins drive from the airport and a relatively short drive to the centre of Antalya. We can't speak highly enough of the staff in Veranda Suites, in particular Abdullah, Ebru and Ali other staff in reception and the restaurant, and their lovely customer service and welcoming nature. The family suite in which we stayed was well sized for 4 people and very tidy. The swimming pool was extremely clean. Cleaning service was very good and regular. The breakfast was very good and had options for all tastes.

The room amenities could be improved with more cutlery and appliances.

Standard and size of apartment. Nice pool

Location is very remote - nowhere near Lara Beach. Only one very small restaurant which is ok - but v limited. Hotel is a mix of resident apartments and tourists. Very much a preferential service to those who own at the venue. This is visually very obvious as ax non resident customer. Spoken English is poor. Not something I would criticise, but a few key staff are relied upon for any communication in English.

Lovely clean apartment with all facilities to cook for yourself. Amazing food at the bistro. Swimming pool clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The beach is 2-3km away, with shuttle service 3 times a day. Since shuttle is taking visitors from other hotels, takes 40-50 minutes to get there. Public beach is also very different from pictures that hotel is using in their site

I asked for an invoice by e-mail and unfortunately I have not received anything until today.

Stylish, modern apartment and guest facilities.

Immediate locality is not good, with no decent restaurants, bars or places to see. We used the frequent bus service to travel around, otherwise we would have needed to use taxi’s which could have been costly.

Modern and clean; good-size rooms with kitchenettes. Nice pool / pool area. We only stayed for one night and it worked well for us.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing with limited choice. Also my friend ordered a coffee after breakfast and they charged him €5 for a small cappuccino - seems a bit much.

It felt like home away from home. Ample living space, kitchen appliances, closet space, cleanliness, everything added to the comfort. However, would have loved to have a clothes iron in the suite.

Nothing

The towels would be dirty every single time even after you request new towels. The tissue paper supplied was very thin and they were quite stingy giving you 1 roll. Cleaners came only every two days. Overall the facility they have cut a lot of corners in an effort to save money which makes the experience and the amenities feel cheap. The breakfast was also the same everyday with not so great options for non Turkish travellers - they couldnt even provide bottles water at breakfast.

Kitchen has nothing in it, purely for show. Furnishings have been half done, lamps not plugged in, lights missing bulbs. Staff struggle with english but even with translations couldn't help. Trimming of our room was poorly done and dangerous. cut my foot and no one cared. Requested refund from booking.com. None given

Location. It’s quite far from the city centre / old town if you want to use a public transport. However, the bus station is just few minutes walk from the hotel.
