Clean, fast check in. Room was clean, beds comfortable, pillows soft and comfortable, and cozy. Quiet rooms. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Many options. Check out was a breeze. Would stay again!

General Manager was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with.. I coach the Junior boy's baseball team out of Albuquerque we we're in Carlsbad for the lil league State baseball tournament. I had asked several people at the hotel if it would be ok to use there facilities to bring my baseball team and have lunch there before our game.. We'll we we're setting up to have our lunch deal.. here comes the manager storming in wants to talk to me but won't let me say a word my wife walks up to see what she is saying she refuses to talk to my wife puts her hand in her face.. So we asked everyone to leave then she says I don't like the way you told them to leave your making us look bad.. we did everything that lady asked and some cleaned everything better then when we got there she was very rude and disrespectful felt like we got profiled big time.. not only rude to us rude to the baseball families that we're there very poor hospitality I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

Breakfast was excellent! Waffles, muffins, fruit, prepared warm breakfast sandwiches (protein)! Wonderfully cold milk was refreshing to everyone, good prepared coffee, there were plenty of options and condiments to make everyone in my family happy. Front desk staff was great help and quick to supply missing product from my kitchenette.

you need to add better breakfast options. omelette was with ham or sausage. need to have option of vegetables with omelette too!! server can definitely be more helpful and have a smile on face when dealing with customers.
