This dirty and shabby room is roach infested. Sleeping is a challenge given how loud HVAC is. Unreasonably priced $100 per night.

Everything staff was rude cleaning lady took her son to work and tried to stay in my room. Asked him to leave my room and he refused. The mother spoke no English.!!! Had to pay extra for grandkids to spend the day with me. I will never stay there again. Money hungry place!!!!!

towels very small, tub was slippery needs non skid surface, travel companions sheets were moldy, got replaced right away

I was a little skeptical at first Trina was very nice and she told me correctly I had nothing to worry about the place is exceptionally clean that's important streets are a little busy but I would stay there again
I can't think of a thing I was impressed and for the price I got a heck of a deal

room had everything needed, esp for 1 night stay. couldn,t use pool tho, raining & not motels fault. looked like a nice pool.
bath room sink plugged. finally drained. housekeeping very nice. guy at the desk grumpy & seemed put out we were there.

Restaurant convenient, near plenty of restaurants. Short drive to Carlsbad Caverns.
bathroom door handle in our room was broken, didn’t lock, would get stuck. bathroom walls needed repair.

I knew what I was getting. I wasn’t happy about that master switch in the room (turn off the light switch by the door kills the power to the outlets) but it all worked out.

Very noisy, train was close and road noise all night from racing cars.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in several areas. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Remodeled rooms are very nice and makes the low price seem unbelievable.
