The staff was great. It was very comfortable and close to the airport. We also loved the pool. Shuttle service was great.

Everything was to our liking, we enjoyed our 4 night stay.

We have stayed here many times but for some reason the room we stayed at last might 201 had a very bad smell we almost left because it was bad it was late and decided to just deal with it. I wish we would have changed rooms

The room was spacious, the staff was friendly and it had transportation to the airport and the food was good.

I could tell the maid was short because she didn't clean the shower door all the way to the top. She also didn't clean the inside of the shower with the door closed. Mold and black stuff was growing at the bottom which is behind the door when it's open.

The room was nice and clean. The property has a restaurant on site and the staff there was friendly.

The description says a free airport shuttle is available. When checking in, I specifically asked for a shuttle to be arranged for me for the next day at noon EST for my 2pm flight. The staff member checking me in told me to request one 10-15 minutes before I needed it and that they'd take me to the airport. The next day when requesting a shuttle at 11:45, I was told that the shuttle will not be available until 2PM today. I told them what the staff told me the prior day and they said they can just call me a taxi. I wasn't apologized to, nor was this staff member particularly friendly about this interaction. I ended up taking an Uber, but they should not be advertising a free shuttle if they're not willing to provide one.

The hotel was in a great location. It was clean. It had washers/dryers available to do laundry free of charge. Big beautiful lobby and a spacious restaurant where we had an amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and so very helpful. The shower was massive.

It seemed unprofessional that they had someone polishing the stairs during business hours. Though the hotel smelled amazing walking into the lobby, there was an underlying unpleasant smell as well. When we checked in to our room, the room smelled very stuffy. The room should have been aired out prior to guest arrival. This was an upgraded room. After airing it out for an hour, it was fine. But first impressions are everything. The pool was closed for maintenance. The bedding looked decent, but the duvet cover was made of polyester. It looks pretty, but terrible when sleeping. The covers should be replaced with high end cotton for a better sleep.

Great place to stay for the price you pay. Comfortable, clean and good location. Much better than other hotels in Vallarta.

Jose Luis the bartender at the pool was probably the best bar tender we have ever been served by. Very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He truly made the stay worth it, he would go into detail about the drinks he was making and make delicious cocktails. He would be the reason I go back.

Incident with other hotel guests that insisted on harassing my wife and I.

I booked a room with balcony at booking.com. There was no balcony. Will not come again.
