It is a quiet and comfortable place to stay near Hiroshima and Miyajima (20 min. by local train in both directions, 10 min. on foot to the local train station). It is more a residential area but we even found some very local cozy restaurants nearby. Family Mart some 5-6 min. away. The apartment itself is quite spacious, three bedrooms, so perfect if you travel with family. It has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can arrange breakfasts and dinners yourself in comfortable conditions. Wifi was good. Overall, good value for money.

The most complicated was the procedure for check-in. You need to put a lot of data upfront on internet and when you get there, there is quite a lot of clicking on the check-in tablets to get the code to open the door to your apartment. We arrived pretty tired and had to spend I think at least half an hour extra just to complete the check-in. Requirement to make photos of each person including kids, I think was a bit too much. My suggestion would be to make the check-in simpler and collect less data as I do not think it is really needed. Other than this, perhaps the beds were a bit too soft for me while tatami with futons in the other room was too hard for me. Check out was fine but note that it is 10:00am sharp, so you will have some people knocking on the door perhaps even shortly before that time.

it was an amazing apartment, and excellent value, plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. the beds and rooms were plentiful, as were extra bedding The kitchen and bathroom leave nothing to be desired. definately would stay again

the only downside was the login process it took quite a while to get the tablet to work for us, but this could have been operator error. once we worked it out, it was excellent!!

There is no elevator

clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and pillows, well ar-conditioned/heated … all in all a very comfortable stay.

parking was limited.

We enjoyed our stay here! The unit was huge with 3 rooms. We love that there is a room with a tent & toys for our toddler to play. There are many hangers so we can hang our clothes at the balcony after washing. There are also a lot of storage cabinets.

The parking lot doesn't have reserved parking so there was one night that we had to park in another lot that was 6 min walk away.

The fridge was too small. This apartment is for up to 9 people, but the fridge was for a single person. Even a drink of 1.5 L size didn’t fit in. It could have been more comfortable if it had had a bigger fridge for a family. There were spoons and folks, but no knives.
