The hotel is beautiful and clean. The food is exotic and amazing. But mostly, the staff was friendly, help us arrange every detail of our activities, so we didn't waste time searching and had the best service, also outside the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this paradisical hotel. It has one of the most enviable spots in Santorini being just on the outskirts of Imerovigli which means you have breathtaking views of the Caldera and Imerovigli village while lounging in the infinity pool (the photo ops are out of this world!); easy access to restaurants, bars, and stunning panoramic vistas from which to soak in the views; and the advantage of not being surrounded by many people (as Imerovigli is much quieter than Fira and Oia). Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated - we kindly got upgraded which was very much appreciated. We very much enjoyed all of our meals and drinks at the restaurant. Each and every staff member we encountered was exceptionally warm, friendly and attentive - not only did they go out of their way to make our stay comfortable, the familial atmosphere emanating from our interactions made us feel like we were returning to our home each afternoon after a day of exploring. We also really appreciated being able to use the hotel's facilities after checking-out as our flight was at night. This hotel really does understand and deliver on all the small details which made our stay that much more enjoyable and special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

The gym is tiny and not well-equipped - it could use a better layout, better aircon and more equipment. The pool closes at 6:15 pm; it seemed a little early but in hindsight, we always left the hotel to watch the sunset from a panoramic spot.

The hotel was gorgeous, not too big and felt very personal. The location was perfect with an incredible view! The staff were so lovely and helpful, they all have such an eye for detail. Definitely make time to visit the restaurant for dinner as it was a real highlight.

The room had an incredible panorama view of the caldera, the chef that prepared the meal was insanely good, and to top it off, the hotel brought me a surprise birthday cake. 10/10

What a wonderful hotel with the friendliest staff (Spyros!!). We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Quiet location with a fantastic view of the Caldera. And the restaurant … one of the best meals we have ever had.

The location was great, the facilities were clean and beautiful, and breakfast was great. But what I want to empathize the most is the staff’s’ hospitality. It was absolutely outstanding. My partner became ill during the stay and he broke a glass by accident. They came to clean up even though it was middle of night but not only that but also they worry for my partner and called us of what they could do. They tried to speak with the people from pharmacy, provided us fruits, black tea, and coke… everything they can think of. You have no idea how much it supported us mentally and physically. We were really glad to stay at this hotel, and we definitely will come back and stay here next time we will visit Santorini.

The best customer service you could ever ask for. great location to boot. amazing views. but the attention to detail is unprecedented. Food was unprecedented. I would return in a heartbeat to this hotel.
