The room was comfortable.

The lobby had an awful smell of breakfast sausage at all times. The smell did not go away. Terrible. I did not buy breakfast; normally the hotels I stay in have breakfast included. The shower had a slippery floor (in the shower).

The workers were professional and helpful. The hotel was very nice and the staff was outstanding. We were accommodated without hesitation because the television would not work so we were offered another room.

How clean the hotel was and the front desk clerk that was there at time of check in was awesome...

I like how seamless the check-in/out process is compared to other hotels. The staff is always super friendly and do well at remembering faces.

I’m never able to connect my phone to the TVs to watch specific apps but everything else was great.

A severe storm left us without power at our home. Our daughter booked a room for us at the hotel. I loved the staff I interacted with. Danita at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. A housekeeper was also helpful. I also loved the location. It is near lots of shopping, restaurants, and Metropark Square is around the corner.

There wasn't anything that I did not like.

Everything was as expected from the pictures and descriptions. Great concert location and proximity to the freeway. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a good stay.

The gentleman Blake working the front desk was great! He was very professional and accommodating. He did not miss a beat. He was able to answer all questions and give us recommendations on different places to visit. It was nice.

Everything was great until the following morning while going to breakfast. We had to deal with a VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL girl in the kitchen. She totally went off on my husband and I just for asking for condiments and to correct our order. She cursed us out without a second thought and told us we could leave if we had an attitude, and even with all of that, not one time did we curse back at her. My husband had to leave the hotel to go and get him something to eat because he was afraid that she might do something to his food. She needs to GO!!! And this hotel will be perfect! Because there were other guests that also left because of her attitude.

The room was fantastic. We were blown away that they provided in-room exercise equipment. Everything was clean and fresh.

We tried to stream to the TV by following the directions given on the screen but could not get it to work. Maybe we weren't smart enough. Anyway, the channel selection was okay.

The hotel was clean, and in a great location.

No breakfast, staff said refrigerator was broken, no espresso or coffee because machine was broken, no bar service because person working wasn't allowed to serve (another staff said they can't serve til 5 on a friday), keurig in room broken. They did give me 2 KIND granola bars (one for me, one for my friend) so that was nice of them, but we wanted breakfast as advertised on their site.

It would have been a perfect stay if not for the receptionist who checked us in. We arrived around 2:30pm yesterday (04/29/23) and the ill-mannered lady receptionist greeted us with so much rudeness. It was appalling. Terrible experience really. She has been impatient, flat affect, no greetings, no customer service skills and to be perfectly honest it doesn’t seem like she wanted to work at all. We were surprised how she behaved as most hotels we’ve been (in various countries) the receptionist/s normally set the tone/warmth for the guests’ stay. But for us this was not the case. We felt we were not welcome. We went up to our room disappointed with this first encounter. However, our accommodation was good as the hotel was newly built. We had a great sleep. We have stayed with other IHG hotels, even older ones, and they exemplified quality service. The evening receptionist though was kinder, she smiled beamingly and greeted us when we pass by the lobby. Even the environmental service personnels were cordial. I am hoping the management could address this issue as it is not expensive to be kind. We believe that it is a general common knowledge that receptionists should maintain a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor as they serve as the first point if contact for all guests.

Very, Very,Very Clean, Affordable and Comfortable. I love the setting of this hotel especially how beautiful it looks at night. I love how the bathroom had a shower only, we had a minor issue with one of the staff members I guess she was having a ruff day but overall the staff was awesome. it was also close to everything.

Staff was not very knowledgeable about issues & follow through was horrible. I asked about how to work thermostat & response was I have only worked here 2 days, I can ask the next person on shift...nobody ever followed up... luckily I figured it out. The stream your device to TV wouldn't work...I got same response...next person on shift was at 11 pm..I said..nevermind, I'll be asleep by then. Next night I asked...I basically got, not sure what the issue is we don't have a technical person onsite...let us check with someone & we will call your room soon...nobody ever called or followed up. I tried to get a coffee at breakfast, they wanted to charge me. My room rate had breakfast included. I went to desk & told them. They said they don't do that. I told them I used booking.com & they said to take it up with them. So I called booking.com & they contacted hotel & suddenly the hotel confirms I do have breakfast included....I am not sure why it took them calling on my behalf, instead of me telling them my reservation included breakfast... I was given expired milk for cereal & then there was not any other milk available...so my child couldn't have cereal.... So... basically.. the beds were comfortable & the location was convenient, but other than that the experience wasn't the best!

Room was very damp. Couldn’t sleep because of how damp the bed, carpet, air was. Bed really uncomfortable as well.
