This property was something out of horror film. I can’t believe Booking that you would keep this location on site for anyone to reserve. Rooms are dirty, carpet is unsanitary & restrooms. I should have looked at the reviews directly on their page prior!

It is close to the conference center, and it was cheap.

Cockroaches. A lot of cockroaches. Large cockroaches, small cockroaches. I did not like COCKROACHES. Also it was really, really dirty (including a poo in a bathroom left after previous visitors). Police was arresting someone at least twice within our 5 day period. Avoid (it is sad, because I have stayed in this place two times before, and it was fine. It really declined within last years)

Location was convenient. Room are spacious.

Only single sofa in double room. Some Smell of moisture. No electric kettle. Very less option for breakfast. No accurate vegan options.

Friendly and kind staff welcoming guests at the reception, free shuttle bus to the hotel with on-time schedule

Very dirty, totally dirty carpet with blood stain, french fries under the bed, forgotten staff and tons of dust under the bed, the bathroom door marked by a fist hit, problems with the door's magnetic lock, smoke smell in the room, sheets stained with cigarette marks, but on top of that: I found 12 COCKROACHES crawling around the room everywhere. Totally non-soundproof room with the highway 20 meters away. I understand that it is a 2-star hotel and costs little compared to other hotels in the area, but basic hygiene should be guaranteed for decent service.

Smoke smell was so bad, tried to switch rooms. Had to leave and bin another hotel. What hotel experience in over 15 years. Hotel is refusing to refund our money even though the room was medically unsafe and unfit to stay in.

staff was friendly.

I called to confirm that this place had a pool I was told yes. Then I get there Friday night and was told that the manager was refusing to open the pool because of the pandemic. How ridiculous when every other hotel around had their pool open for their guest. It was a huge disappointment for my kids and I. As the reason I selected this specific hotel was because of the pool. No where on the website was this noted. Also they don’t have traditional breakfast. They have muffins and Coffee that’s it. I will never stay here again. And the room, we got a NON SMOKING room and we walk in and that’s the first thing to hit us. SMOKE SMELL. The carpets were dirty and sticky. I was disgusted to walk barefoot because you could just feel it at the bottom of your feet. Gross
