The front desk made our stay fantastic. They were absolutely wonderful!

Shower head was broke . Couldnt take a shower. Stains on furniture and bed.

Nice clean property except for the fact that a beetle or some kind of bug crawled on my boyfriend and I in the middle of the night in our bed….yea dont pick an accessible room I guess?

Staff was very friendly. The cable was not working, was not their fault but they did give us some free drink vouchers or free breakfast I would stay here again.. Had a great time hanging out in the pool!

Property is great, rooms are great, staff is great. The tv works about one hour a day however. I’m staying in the area and changing hotels. I’ve been here over a week and this has been an issue the entire time I’ve stayed.

Close to Cynthia Woods Pavilion for Limp Bizkit concert and so many places to eat. Will def stay again

In town for a concert, the hotel is super close to the venue, everything was nice, comfortable and we felt safe. The bed was fantastic!! I did NOT want to get up.

Elevator was out, phone in our room did t work. Hot water heater was out and was an ongoing issue. We were not notified at check in and the front desk did not seem concerned with the issue when we called to let them know and later ask for an update. However with out these issues I think the hotel would’ve been good.

The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the area is nice as well. Will book again the next time I visit the area!

Close to many food services

This place was extraordinarily - average. At this price point, my expectations were much higher. The condition of the hotel was not that great. The room had a slight musty odor. And, the whole hotel felt damp. Whether this is post storm related, not sure. One of the elevators was not working and the other one was very slow and made strange noises, not instilling confidence. And the stairway did not open into the lobby but outside, strange. The room did have a fridge and microwave which is a plus. The blackout curtains were only fixed half curtains. This made the room seem cheap and dated. The gym was small but acceptable. There was not a complimentary coffee station in the lobby. They told me go to the restaurant. And the restaurant was not bad, but again just ordinary. The room cleaning staff were the highlight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You are paying for the location but there are several other hotels in the vicinity that are worth considering. It was built as a 3 star and those type of facilities do not age well.
