Location good - on the Camino route into Pontevedra. Price good.

I asked for a bottom bunk bed as I have an injured ankle which makes it difficult to climb up to the top bunk bed. The first email reply said there was a bottom bunk available. When I got there, about 10 mins after booking the bed, I was told that there weren't any bottom bunks available. They were full and mine was the last available. I couldn't be bothered trying to get a refund & look for another place to stay as my ankle was really sore. So I had to put up with pain every time I got in or out of bed. I noticed that the property had sent me a 2nd email about 10mims after the first one, saying that they couldn't give me a bottom bunk. It makes me wonder whether the first email from them was auto-generated by them or booking.com. If so then that is a glitch in the system. Additionally, the bunk beds have a shelf with a light up one end and a storage cupboard above the mattress at the other end. The shelf prevents one from leaning back to read or check phones comfortably.

Very clean. Sheets were high quality and seemed to be from professional laundry service. It's right on the Camino. Sleeping pods were great. Theres a locking box at the end where you can put your pack. Lots of signs asking people to be quiet in the sleeping area, and they were. No food included. You can rent a towel and pay to use the washer and dryer.

The staff were very helpful. There were only 1-2 more people staying, so it was very calm.

Really great little hostel with kitchen and one sleeping room of 20 beds, all beds have lockers inside and a curtain for privacy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is really nice.

Stove would have helped a lot, but other than that the kitchen works.

Lovely stay, cean, good value for money and quiet despite number of beds in 1 room. Great host. Good facilities to prep, cook and store your own food if necessary.great location too.

no stove top for cooking your own food

In quiet street close to the edge of town centre. Tidy dormitory layout and lighting with privacy curtains etc. Good little kitchenette, though no hob or oven (with kettle, microwave, fridge and toaster). Was great for just four guests but limited toilets, showers and communal space could prove awkward when full.

Only two faults: plastic pillows; and toilets only available through reception area, causing nocturnal visits to be lit up by motion sensors, drawing attention from any passers by
