I have book this room in the last mins, and I am glad that everything works out. I like the flexible check in time (as it is self check in), and the massive TV, we get to watch a movie that we watched to watch for ages!

The tap in the kitchen is broken, two light bulb is missing from the lamp in room 2 and there was only one towel prepared for two guests, so we have took another towel from room 1.

Broken window pane in lounge covered with hardboard. Front garden unkempt. These were our first impressions arriving at property.Indoors entrance room floor dirty the carpet on stairs not clean .The double bedroom very small .The shared bathroom needs updating and did not look clean. The property is on a housing estate and generally looks and is unkempt .

Cheap and location good for the motorway.

Cooking facilities in the kitchen but no where to sit and eat. We had to stand up and eat. Also the hot water dial in the shower didn't work it stayed on boiling hot. I phoned the owner about 9.50pm and he was reluctant to come and check that evening. I said no problem but please come in the morning so I can have a shower. We left at 9am and still no sign of the owner. Very disappointed with his lack of consideration of our needs.

I booked a room at very last minute as I had decided to attend an airshow in the area the next day, I was going to be arriving late and leaving first thing in the morning. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but shared with other guests who were staying that night. The kitchen facilities were clean, with tea and coffee available for guests in the kitchen rather than their rooms. There was an Amazon firestick attached to the TV in my room, so I wasn't short of choice of channels to watch. I met the host and his wife when arrived and they were very welcoming.

We had the whole house all to ourselves for the night. No other guests arrived. Our room was clean Bathroom and kitchen was clean

The room we stayed in had no room for a lamp or bedside tables, no where in the whole house had a bin for rubbish. After a 3 hour journey we wanted to eat our food at the house only to find there was no table or chairs in the dinning room despite on website showing this. Outside patio also had no chairs so we had to stand up and eat No tea / coffee/ sugar in the kitchen only a kettle and toaster so need to bring your own,or buy yourself ,as kitchen is basic Mattress in our room was lumpy so we had no sleep to set us up for a concert the next day Shower didn't work properly despite trying to move the dial so was hot constantly. Tap in the kitchen is loose and constantly running. Lounge was locked and front window boarded up.

Never had breakfast there,but the kitchen is neat

There ought to be a shower curtain in the bathtub...

Am leaving the property at 12.30am as I cannot bear the stink of weed in the property and whoever is next door is in and out and in and out! so noisy Connor get to sleep will be better off in my car!

Cheap, shared use of kitchen.

Noisy guests, no power for TV, no bedside lamp, shower didn’t work, no mirrors anywhere.
