The location is good, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The price is good, there's a washing machine, a kitchen and other free services available.
The beds were not comfortable, and the procedure of check-in, booking an extra night etc. has become more complicated compared to before. Staff don't speak any English but use a translation app, usually quite efficiently.

Had to ask for a cleaner to clean my bedroom every. Little issue which is easily resolved

This hotel is well rated and for a reason. There are a lot of foreigners and even with kids are staying there. Location ia good and its quiet.The most important thing about this hotel is its staff. They were extremely supportive and wiling to help. I highly recommend this hotel.
The cleaning staff leaves at 3 pm. So if you party at night and sleep pass 3 pm then you will not get your room cleaned. Only 1 washing machine.

This place is very charming. It has a central location, the staff are nice, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, and you get your own balcony. Highly recommended.
There are no problems here. If you need more robust service you may want to go somewhere else, but it is great for what it is.

The room was clean , the bed is quite comfy, the staff is nice and friendly(speak only Chinese). Good place.
Nobody was cleaning the room during our stay, even when we put the sign "make up the room" on. We had to ask to change the towels and clean the trash bins.
The hotel is not on the beachfront as it says on booking.com, we didn't mind to walk but the information is incorrect, it's confusing.

It’s not far from the beach, the supermarket, shopping mall, bus stop, massages and all of the possible stuff. the personnel is so helpful and positive that you feel like you were waited for☺️

It’s a great location and superbly priced, comfy bed which is rare in China/Sanya! Has a kitchen with fridge which you can store things in. Lovely small private balcony. Super close to the beach.
The shower floods the floor all the way out to the door and sometimes takes quite a while to drain. A floor mat would be good for when you step out of the shower just so you don’t have to use the hand towel. But it’s a minor thing for the value of this hotel.

The room is freshly renovated. Wi-fi is good. There is a large balcony to dry clothes. A big tank with hot water to take a shower is a plus as well. An elevator in a 5 stores building is also an advantage. The price is modest but it is not a 5 star hotel. The location is convenient close to the beach and western bars/restaurants.
The hotel is located close to a road and it is separated by an abandoned building. The side facing the building will be noisy and ear plugs are recommended for sensitive people. The other side is facing a lovely neighborhood. The room is cleaned and the towels are changed when you ask to do so but not when you put a sign to clean the room. The bed sheets were not changed in 7 nights. The quality of mattresses and blankets could be better. There were no any activities in the hotel at that moment.

The price is really great for the location - beach is just 5 minutes by feet. Also, there're a lot of shops and cafes around.

Location is perfect! It takes only a few minutes to get to the beach. The room was clean and cozy. It was one of the cheapest hotels in Dadonghai area and it truly overcomed our expectations. Hotel stuff was really friendly and helped us with all questions. Also there's a nice rooftop garden on the six floor👍
