Best staff in the world, go above and beyond really are incredible Rooms are the best I've been! Spacious, comfortable and really good value!

I liked the location, close to the centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I also liked the old building. Car parking is easy and cheap across the road at St Stephens. Plenty of shops nearby if you have forgotten anything

The walls are a bit thin so there was some noise. Take your earplugs if this bothers you

Breakfast was ok but limited to 8 items. Building was really nice, the 3 bedroom apartment we had was more than adequate with great facilities including washer, cooker, 2 bathrooms.

The beds were ridiculously noisy, you couldn't move without waking yourself up due to it creaking. It also took us 3 attempts to get the cards working to allow the 3 of us to get in through the main building door, which was annoying walking back and forth in the rain to reception and back.

A net or screen for the floor level rooms might be an aid rather than pedestrians walking past into the room? Might be good to check the shower soap. the room was supposed to be a deluxe double. We had one night so was ok but not deluxe. the parking was on sight but needed an app. Na I can not do these as the phone system for parking was disabled ??

Food was great. rooms nice and clean. Staff were great. Would definitely stay again.

Was cheap enough but still very clean and in a great location for the hospital and right next to train station. Staff were all very polite and accommodating. Bedroom was nice, however the bathtub plug slightly let out water but nothing major. Overall a great hotel for money.

As I was right next to the lift i could hear it a little bit at night but not too disturbing.

The staff were lovely at this property. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel itself seems to be very central, with a shopping centre just across the road from it. The use of a car park on the property as well is so convenient.
