Appartamento ampio e ricco di tutti i comfort

This place is an excellent! Everything in Pistachio was in perfect condition and looked so fresh and new. We had two different pool views and sea view too. The pools are immaculate and the large pool had been retiled the day we arrived. It did seem pretty quiet which suited us. We love our beer and the poolside bar serves 6.6% local IPA on keg which was a delightful surprise. Our host Sebastiano was a legend! He knows how to run a top class apartment. He supplied a lot of relevant information to make our stay unforgettable. Would also like to say a massive thanks to Antonia who cleaned our apartment before arrival. Will definitely visit again in the future. This place is a hidden gem! 10/10 all the way!

Unfortunately appartment hadn't been cleaned but Sebastiano sorted problem out within 30 minutes and after that everything was brilliant

Lovely, clean, bright, spacious apartment with large terrace overlooking the pool. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, constant hot water, fast WiFi and a comfortable bed. It also benefits from a washing machine, a dryer and plenty of storage space, which was very useful for our month long stay. Great communication with our host Sebastiano, who provides detailed information regarding location and access to the apartment. I would not hesitate recommending a stay at the New Pistachio apartment.

Nothing

The apartment is really big, with a huge terrace, a big dining area/lounge, and good-sized room. Nothing to complain about, at all. 15 minutes from the center, quite close to everything and excellent location for going around lanzarote. We rented a car, but the bus stop is pretty close by. Nice swimming pool with pool bar (closes quite early though, but it has breakfast and dining options).

Nothing really. Everything was great. A bit tricky to open the door sometimes as the key struggles but nothing really important, I guess it's normal as it's an apartment close to the sea. Everything great!

Apartment

Complex was very run down main pool was closed for building work which was right outside of our apartment very noisy and smelly which wasn't mentioned at time of booking

The apartment itself is very modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. The complex was - from what I could gather - partially residential so it was peaceful - it isn't a party place, so don't book if this is what you want. There were a few starter items for self catering; washing up liquid, toilet roll and a bottle of drinking water. There are supermarkets nearby to buy anything else required for self catering. There is a washing machine with a good clothes horse and pegs - a real bonus if you are travelling light with few clothes. The kitchen has a two ring hob, microwave, big fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, electric grill and a toastie machine. There is parking on the complex but also loads of parking in bays on the street - never an issue to get parked nearby. There are swimming pools on site too - one of them is less than a minute from the apartment door.

The complex is undergoing a renovation so wasn't looking it's best. This is a temporary thing though and it didn't bother me - the gardens and pool area are still all very well tended.
