街の中心に近いにも関わらず、静かに過ごせました。 外国人の方がほとんどでしたが、皆、それぞれゆっくりと過ごしており、インターナショナルであるながらも、日本人である私が疎外感を抱くこともありませんでした。 朝食を食べましたが、丁寧に作られていて、美味しくいただきました。

宿泊した人次第だと思いますが、他の宿泊者（外国人）と会話が弾む仕掛けがあってもいいかもしれません。

Voor een hostel erg netjes en gezellig. Zeer gevarieerd ontbijt. Ook het diner was prima met een combinatie oosters/westers. Dat we het sanitair moesten delen is geen probleem. Het personeel sprak behoorlijk Engels.

Tijdens ons verblijf was het slecht weer. Dan is de locatie met openbaar vervoer niet goed bereikbaar. De boot vaart dan niet. De kamers zijn erg klein zonder daglicht.

夜20時と遅い時間でのチェックインでしたが、優しく駐車場への案内をして頂き、煖炉の空間はとても良く癒される時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

El ambiente estupendo, gente joven con ganas de entablar conversación, una zona común muy cómoda y con chimenea. La comida del restaurante bastante buena aunque faltaba un poco de variedad pero estuvo en general perfecto.

El precio de la habitación de luxe (con baño incluido), no justifica la diferencia de precio con una habitación normal.

洗濯機がなくどうしても洗濯したいと思い確認したら有料で洗濯してくれた 観光の事などいろいろ教えてもらった

心地よさ　暖炉だけではない！ ベッドがダブルなのでゆったりできる シャンプーなどが最高でしっとり、癒される ロッカーが大きい 窓が開放的で、芦ノ湖の鳥居もみえる 近くにコンビニあり

あえて言うならの程度ですが、 トイレが狭い ロッカーの鍵がかけにくい 温泉が近くにない⁈

The location was great for getting to lake by foot and there was free parking too. The staff was also very helpful with recommendations and giving directions. They also offered breakfast too. The overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy.

It got really warm inside the capsule. Perhaps it was just the capsule I was staying in, but I found myself getting overheated and dried out on the 2 nights I stayed there and had to open the sliding door a bit to let out some of the heat to get back to sleep.

Property looks just as it does in the pictures. Great communal space, kind staff that speaks English, and solid bar options too! The location is near the main bus stops in the area with good convenience store access as well. Showers are nice!

The rooms were quite small, little to no floor space but you are given a locker. The bathrooms are communal which isn’t an issue since they were clean but they were also extremely small and difficult to even stand in if you are above 5’10” probably.

Nice staff, really nice „living room“ with fireplace in the centre, what was very comfy and cosy, Bar and restaurant included. Upstairs you have a nice view over the city and the lake. Didn’t got to know to anyone, but also didn’t intended to. Only negative thing: the doors of the „cubes“ you’re sleeping in were a bit loud, so was worried about waking someone, but everything else perfect! :)

The room was very clean and the location was convenient.

The noise from outside the room was easily audible. It wasn't loud but you can still hear footsteps up the stairs.

素泊まり朝食なしで4000円のコストで宿泊できました。共用ですがシャワールームは24時間利用できるみたいです。芦ノ湖や箱根神社が近くて飲食店も周りにありますが、ラウンジでディナーの注文もできます。

1Fラウンジのトイレが少し窮屈でした。2Fはそれなりの広さでした。

リノベの費用をかなりケチった感じが残念

Super cute, really cool to see Fuji from the lake nearby, solid food nearby with vegan options (pizzeria at the museum does a vegan one, and the 3 story bakery has everything labelled). Common area with fireplace is really cute but sometiems there's no spots left, for good reason. Staff was super nice, room was clean, bathrooms clean, didn't smell any smoke. Lawson 2 minutes away for snacks. Can walk to the sightseeing ferry where you can see Fuji, drops you off at the cable car to go up the mountain to the volcanic area, then even down the other side to Gora (cool gardens there). Hakone Freepass gets you on all of that for super cheap if you're doing it

Room was literally too short for me at 6'1", but that's semi common in Japan. Had to walk along a windy road with cars and no real sidewalk to get there, should've just done a taxi from the train station.

観光に近くコンビニも近く、ラウンジからは湖が見えてでくつろげたこと。

カプセルルームで宿泊しましたが臭かったです。 部屋や水回りが山小屋やロッジ的な汚さが少しあり、問題ない程度ですがもう少し清潔だと値段的にもリピートしたいなと思いました。

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I expecially liked the hotel lounge there was a fireplace and it was very warm. Food was nice and breakfast was delicious.

房間裡的換氣系統比較弱，但人員很快就幫我解決了問題

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The whole vibe of the hostel is amazing. I felt instantly welcome and had an amazing time there.

The toilet was tiny but was still ok.

The shared space is beautiful and a great spot to meet fellow travellers. Breakfast was also a highlight.

This hotel has an excellent location. Within 5minutes walk of the shrine and the hub of Motohakone.

I stayed in the capsule. The air conditioning was excellent which is a relief in this unseasonally warm autumn. That said, there were no hooks or hangers to hang anything in the pod, so it was impossible to hang anything. The lockers were also on the ground floor whereas the rooms were upstairs - not very convenient to guests. I would suggest installing small lockers just for valuables in the pods themselves.

Adorei o café da manhã e o hall de entrada, muito aconchegante. Funcionários super eficientes e localização no centro, muito bom!!!

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Hakone Schrein mit dem Heiwa no Torii Gemütlicher, geselliger Aufenthaltsraum mit Feuerstelle. Eher großzügiges Zimmer für Japan mit simpler aber geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück.

Die Unterkunft nimmt nicht am „Luggage Delivery“ Service der Region Hakone teil! Das ist an sich nicht schlimm, war nur für uns vorher nicht ersichtlich.

L’atmosphère générale du lieu, avec le salon cosy et le feu ouvert ! Mais les capsules sont aussi confortables et les douches agréables :). On m’a également mis à disposition un casier pour y placer mes affaires en attendant mon Check-in de fin de journée pour que je puisse me balader tranquillement !
