We had a wonderful stay at New Canela Apartment. The residential complex is beautiful and neat and so is the apartment. It has everything you need. We appreciated the size of the rooms and the view from the balkony and the swimming pool. It is situated very well, a 15 min walk to the beach and plenty of Restaurants nearby. Sebastiano had a lot of recommendations for us and was available at any time.
The bed was squeaking but Sebastiano reacted really nice that he would take care of it.
The floor could have been more clean. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Host was friendly, he give to us him all information's about the resort, local facilities, restaurants and place to see sendet directly to my phone on our arrival, that's nice, apartment was clean and tidy, keys was easily collected upon our arrival. When we was asking for assistance with the departure, host immediately step in to helping us. I would like to say thank you, and we hope to be back again, Highly recommended to everyone.

Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. A lot of thought has gone into the needs of the customer. The owner is in contact and helpful with any questions.
Nothing really - possibly the TV next door , but they were a lovely couple.

This was our second month long stay at New Canela apartment within the year and once again we were not disappointed.
Although the weather was not very good, we knew that we always had our lovely spacious, bright, comfortable, well equipped apartment to return to. Communication with our host Sebastiano was, as usual, excellent and we look forward to staying again as soon a possible.

Location totally exceeded my expectations, a beautiful stay surrounded by cats 🐱
Bed was a little firm for us so we didn’t sleep super well but that’s just our preference.

The location was really good for us. It was quiet and a little bit out of the main town but just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
The neighbour was rude.

Very clean, spacious place. Lovely host, great communication, he provided tips for local restaurants and places to see, amazing location. Highly recommended

Apartment was clean,the bed was really comfortable,fully equipped kitchen,the complex is extremely secure.The host Sebastiano keeps in touch with you regularly.The information he gives means the apartment is easy to find.All in all a great apartment with an excellent host.

Lovely, clean, bright, spacious apartment with large terrace, capturing the sun from late morning onwards.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, constant hot water, fast WiFi and comfortable bed. It also benefits from a washing machine, a dryer and plenty of storage space, which was very useful for our month long stay.
Communication with our host was excellent throughout and I would not hesitate recommending a stay at Canela Apartment.

Sebastiano is always a phone call away. Any glitch is sorted straight away. The apartment was perfect for me as I had a car hired from 'Autos Guayre' and had access to all the island from this apartment. It is quite and peaceful and has the sun on the terrace from midday to six pm each day. It was also great value for money. It has WiFi, TV and all kitchen utensils if you want to do your own catering. Also, there are extra blankets and the apartment is spotlessly clean.
