Location is great, 10 minute walk to restaurants and beach which is great, but the condo really needs to be cleaned the carpet was so dirty with stains everywhere and the furniture that was in living room needs cleaned or replaced, with that being said the beds were clean and very comfortable and condo was very spacious.

Great location really near the beach and restaurants. The house was as described on the website, and nicer than the photos make it look. Very comfortable and easy, with lovely views over the river and access onto the fishing jetty. Pool is good too.

We have rented other units in this complex in this past. This particular unit was not nearly as nice/up to date or well appointed as the others, though the cost was the same. There are some much needed updates. It rained a lot while we were there and water was pouring into the screened porch due to some poor/old caulking. The master bathroom sink did not drain very well (also noted in a previous review). The kitchen is lacking in cookware, etc. and overall the furnishings need an update-the table and chairs shown in the picture on the porch do not exist. One major necessity that is missing is a hose for the outdoor faucet, making it impossible to clean sand off of anything (or person). The location is great, though, which is why we rented it. The views are outstanding as well. With a little TLC, it could be 5 star all around.

Location is great and it was nice to have pool access but I wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed in the cleanliness. Carpets were terribly stained, beds were awful, AC had to be set on 72 so we were hot, and deck furniture was broken and deck was so dirty. For the amount of money spent it honestly seems disrespectful to us who are paying so much money for minor fixes and home keep up of the homeowners.

We will definitely rent again. Clean, convenient to downtown and beach, fishing and sunbathing ready, reading on the porch, really comfortable beds - it was all wonderful!

Positives: - The view Negatives: No blow dryer, no hangers, light bulbs were out in hallway, outside front door, bathroom(upstairs). Huge stain on the downstairs bedroom carpet. Covered by a rug, but I kept tripping over it, so I stored it in the closet until checkout. Upstairs bathroom sink in Master Bedroom was slow to drain; Downstairs bathroom, shower door came off the track. Furniture worn, especially the kitchen stools. Expensive for what you are getting. There are so many other places that look better for the price. We would not rent this townhouse again.

Nice quiet units with fantastic views. Clean, appropriately updated unit with good appliances. Not overly cluttered kitchen with plenty of necessary amenities yet still room for your groceries. Garage with code was a huge plus. The three of us ladies felt very safe here!

This is our second year staying at the property. I guess I thought things I like broken patio furniture would be replaced after a year but it wasn’t. Fan and light in upstairs guest room were not functioning so my kids had a hard time falling asleep. The blinds were also broken in that room and the broken piece was just laying there. The property was somewhat clean but we found hair in the tubs and the carpet is terribly stained. I couldn’t use the tub downstairs or in the upstairs guest room to bathe my children because they did not have a way to stop the drain. We also found trash under the master bed that wasn’t from us. The location is perfect and generally it’s an okay place to stay. It’s just disappointing to see minor things they do not do to attempt to improve the cleanliness and function of the house. The hand towel holder fell off and hit my son in the head.

Nice place, wonderful views. Not the most well equipped place we've stayed. Kitchen could use more pans (cookie sheet, Muffin tin, Scissors) Beds are memory foam just as an FYI. Overall a nice stay for a few days. Close to all the folly restaurants which are about half a mile away. Would be easily walkable in good weather.

Our family enjoyed our time at the condo. Views from the porch were awesome. Nearness to the beach a plus also.

Thank you for the use of your condo. We found a few things that might need your attention. 1. The shower head in the master bath leaked. When we turned it on water would go everywhere even when the door was closed. Dripping from the ceiling and all over the counter. 2. The fan in the other upstairs bedroom was making a lot of noise so it was not used. 3. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom kept falling off the track. Thank you again for letting us stay. The overall condo needs a good bit of updating, the carpets have somewhat big stains on them . The condo needs a really good cleaning such as walls, appliances, and ceiling fans .

We enjoyed our stay here overall. Close to the beach and shops. Clean. Beautiful location and good instructions. A couple things to note: Our check in was slightly delayed as they were still cleaning when we arrived on time. The porch furniture upstairs has definitely seen better days. Bring your own beach towels and extra bath towels if you feel like you’ll need them as they only provide 1 bath towel and 1 face cloth per guest. Fine for us since we were only there for a weekend.

Upon our arrival we did have an AC issue (none) but a quick call to the owner and it was repaired that day, so when we returned the townhome was a cool 72 and stayed at that temp, very comfortable. This was the first time staying in a VRBO property so my comments may be normal for these properties. The most inconvenient thing was that each guest received one towel and one washcloth for the entire week! Granted we had a W/D available but who wants to have wash to so often, plus no towel for our hair. We brought laundry soap and p. towels and toilet paper and cleaning products and disinfectants BUT we did not bring towels, 9except our beach towels). 5 women and one towel apiece, it was humorous! we said, Thankfully, Costo is close! So a heads up, if you like a hair towel and a body towel, bring your own. Also the seat in the chair on the top deck was completely thru and unable to be sat on, its know its tough to maintain outdoor furniture in the salt air, so we all sat on the screen porch. Our nieghbor was a cigar affecieando and enjoyed his cigars (for hours) on his screen porch which made ours unihaitable but once we delicately mentioned it to him (very nice owners next door) he gave us our screen porch sitting time too). All in all from the owners friendly support and the neighbors friendliness and kindness and knowing we need to bring our own towels (other than beach towels) we all think it was wonderful and we would stay there again. You simply cannot get the sunset views over the river like here. Oh We also liked being able to walk to town and enjoy all the shops and restaurants, we did drive to the park at the south end of Folly and that is the most delightful park, simply beautiful and was not crowded at all when we were there.

The moment I walked in to the home i was pleasantly surprised! Such a cute beach house! I didn’t want to leave. The view on the porch was spectacular with the sun setting! I would go back again. It was supplied with everything I needed.

Great time in Folly Beach and Charleston!!! The restaurants and bars in Folly were great…quick and easy access to everything!! The property was amazing and very neat and clean!!! Hated to leave and would definitely recommend and come back to visit!!!

This property was very clean and very convenient to the bars/restaurants/shopping. The check in was super easy and communication with property manager was great. Answers to any questions I had were responded to immediately. I would recommend this property and will likely rent it again.

The property was ok and met our needs. It was more shabby than expected with few amenities, stained rugs, and missing light bulbs

Wonderfull time with family. A bit of misunderstanding about parking spaces with property manager ended up having to rent a place to park my boat. I was told the night before arriving I couldn't have the boat with me bit for the rest of it it is great place to stay.

Very easy to find. Location was good. Just be aware if you are renting with kids there is only one TV in the unit. Was fine for us but could be an issue for some families. Overall was a good place.

We had a great time and this unit was perfectly suited for the five of us. Good space, stocked kitchen, and great views. Beds and furniture were comfy. We spent most of our time on the dock or screened in porch. Loved it!
