My room is overlooking to the ocean. In the morning I was feeding the seagull flying over the hotel terrace while I'm drinking coffee.

No breakfast serve. It's inconvenient for new guest doing personal registration without any staff assisting to room check in.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet area. There are some restaurants and coffee shops nearby and there are bus stops not far so it is easily to travel to other parts of the city. It is possible to leave the luggage before check-in time. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The bed was very big. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located away from most things. View was great and it was quiet. Several good, but expensive, restaurants were close by. There is a history museum and Rail-car ride within a short walking distance.

The free airport shuttle only operates in the morning. I didn’t know this and chose the hotel because of the free shuttle. Our flight arrived at 3:30pm, so no shuttle. We had no easy choice but to hire a taxi.

Location was nice and view from the room was really nice. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants etc. in the area and it was pleasant to walk around the area at night. We booked last minute and were just looking for a room with a sea view as we spent the days on the beaches in Incheon and Muuido.

There were no staff available during the stay. Check in was self check in at a kiosk. There were multiple posters in the elevators with instructions as to how to deal with trash etc. The posters were different in each elevator. The elevators only served specific floors and were very slow. The trash situation was strange for a hotel. You had to purchase trash and food disposal bags at the 7-11 next door. All of the instructions were in Korean and were only displayed in 2 of the 3 elevators- it would have been nice to have the instructions provided in the room in English, or even provide the trash bags and charge a bit more for room rate. The 7-11 was closed when I went to purchase the bags, causing a delay in checking out. It felt more like self catering, self service accommodation than a hotel stay. The parking situation was chaotic. There were very few spaces available in the parking garage, cars were parked on the ramps and double parked. We were lucky to find a space.

No english speaking staff. It was not possible to do a reservation for a taxi for next day by the staff. Elevator serve eather odd / even floors. Was pretty confusing. 2h early checkin extra cost of 22'000 Wong. The price for the room it self was not extra cheap.

The windows of the room are locked in accident while i was on the balcony. No cellphone, no emergency bell, and 1 hour screaming for help in the middle of morning.

It was a pet friendly hotel and we had no issue with our dog. It's self check in and out so it was all very easy, especially for a foreigner in Korea these things can sometimes not go so smoothly. The room was pretty decent but not to big. We had a really nice view of the ocean and I'd recommend paying the extra 20K for it because the other side is a bit bare but whatever if you don't care.

The view was incredible! Even though it was a "half ocean" view. The balcony made a great place to sit, eat meals, and just slow down a little bit. And the area is still pretty quiet at night, so sleeping with the windows open, allowing some clean ocean air to come in, was very pleasant.

My girlfriend is a wheelchair user. When we first emailed the hotel and asked if there were any rooms that might be comfortable and convenient for us, they gave us the brush off, saying that the rooms probably wouldn't be able to fit us. So we instead had to scour the internet for as many pictures as we could get of the rooms (especially the bathrooms). We were able to make the room work, and it wound up being a very comfortable trip. It just would have been nice if we had had someone at the property willing to help us out in the first place, instead of thinking of us as a problem and just hoping we would go away. They're lucky it's such a beautiful, peaceful property!

The location was by the sea so we got the ocean view as mentioned in the name of the hotel, but the drive to the airport took about 20-30 minutes. I also liked the fact that it was quite and a little distant from the main area.

There was no breakfast avaiable and nowhere to really get food early in the morning. Also, the floor was sticky and the towels had a distinct smell.

Great location! very few people outside, which made the stay very peaceful and calm. Great place to escape from busy life!
