The stay was very nice , there was all facilities for cooking and can plan for long days stays. The host and reception staff are very good and helpful. This apartment perfect for those who come first time to Norwich for work. The stay is affordable. The location on a center for most of the office shops, and flat agents.

Location for exploring Norwich was ideal, also short walk from Rose Lane car park. Apartment was perfect, very clean and a good size. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful.

Really friendly staff, who let me leave my bag with them before checkin and after checkout, while I explored the city. Very close to the Cathedral and the city centre, excellent location. As my stay was at the beginning of the week the pubs and clubs were closed so it was a very quiet place to stay.

The apartment was very clean and fresh. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Great location with just a short walk to the city centre. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Unfortunately the property has no onsite car parking availability but there is a multi-storey car park close.

Great location. In city centre, near to everything and very close to railway station. Very clean, comfortable and good facilities. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I love that it’s a whole apartment at a hotel room price. The 24/7 security/desk staff that are really friendly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and has everything that you’d need, full kitchen facilities, toiletries and towels. Comfortable bed, flatscreen tv with Netflix etc. it’s central to the city, close to the station and nightclubs but - you don’t get much noice from the clubs at all. It really is the perfect place to stay for any purpose.

They really could do with bigger coffee cups. I keep telling them every time I stay but they’ve not provided them yet lol

I received a phishing email from booking.com through the property claiming that I hadn't paid with the right credit card. The property had been hacked but hadn't told me.

Lovely staff gorgeous spacious apartment

The whole apartment looked good and very modern. The bed and chair was comfortable and absolutely loved the layout. The receptionist was very friendly and made it clear that she would answer any questions if need be. Very comfort, spacious and modern apartment and would definitely be good if you was planning to go out during the day and return before it gets too late or too dark.

As soon as we walked into our room it smelt of curry and walking into the bathroom there was blackmold around the bath and on the tiles in the shower. I would also like to mention the location, at every exit of the wellington apartments there were drunk people and people using drugs down the back alley to the main road and on st cathedral street. Our run in wasn’t the best and automatically was asking about what rooms we stay in and floor stopping moving towards us stumbling over running at us. During part of the stay there was a smell of weed from inside the apartment building down our corridor which I did report to the receptionist to which she said she would check it out. I have no doubt that she did check this out but the smell still lingered. We ended up checking out the next day around 4/5am in the morning as during this night my boyfriend got threatened to be stabbed and a guy felt the right to start touching my thigh (this wasn’t in the apartments) not only this my phone was stolen during the time we ran into this man near the back exit and was very distraught by the whole situation. I don’t think the apartments are bad they are cosy and modern I just think that the location is very unfortunate and unsafe to be in.

Location was great and car parking just over the road,Cathedral just around the corner and Flukes just over the road.

Comfort, staff, location.

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Looking at pictures online, I assumed there was some fancy photography magic happening to make the apartments look bigger for such an affordable price - I was wrong! They are very large with everything you could possibly imagine needing, including hair dryer, iron, washing machine, fridge, couch, tv, etc! Even a radiator that guests can control, which is fab as I typically tend to be much colder than the average Joe. Everything was really immaculate and clean, the bed was really comfortable and overall I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were also fantastic and really friendly/helpful. It's amazing that it's so central to the city, it wasn't an issue at all to pop out anywhere or get to places - plus I couldn't even hear any traffic! Any time I come to visit family in Norwich now, I'll be planning on staying here each time!

The room I was in, there was clearly a bath mat put down inside the tub for quite a while but had been removed (there were marks). I think it needs to be replaced so all baths have one. I stepped into the tub for a shower and immediately slipped and smashed my knee + bruised it. Really unsafe! Please put the mats back in ♥ There was a dog in the room next to me who constantly barked loudly throughout the day :( I'm unsure if the guests left him there on his own, as he was silent during the night, then again loud the next day, but I don't think you should be able to leave pets unattended if they are going to make lots of noise and disrupt other guests. My poor dog was quite afraid of the barking. I hired someone to look after my dog so that I could have dinner with family, because I believe that's the responsible thing to do. The area outside their room also stunk of weed which was unpleasant to walk by.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Fußläufig ist der Bahnhof, die Kathedrale, die Innenstadt, der Riverside Walk innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Überwachtes Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe.

Das Doppelbett ist etwas eng. Das Ambiente ist etwas klinisch: Es fühlte sich an wie ein ehemaliges Heim oder Krankenhaus, hohe Funktionalität aber ohne Seele (= mein Empfinden, keine Kritik).

It was OK, was clean and the staff were excellent during our stay.

Unfortunately the bedroom was rather small, not the most comfortable bed. The building smelt of mold and was cold when walking to the room, the room however was not affected. No parking which was fine as there is a car park close, but something to be aware of. Probably the most disappointing thing about the stay was the hotel’s Booking.com login was comprised and myself and a friend on separate bookings were sent an unsolicited request to enter our card details as a security deposit for the room. It had our name and booking dates and was incredibly convincing. When I rang the hotel to check, they advised it was a scam that affected their guests, however, when suggesting that out of curiosity it might be worth informing their guests of the hack they said they couldn’t do that. I also own a Booking.com listing, and if that issue had affected my property, I would have most certainly contacted all affected customers.

Really friendly receptionist who was very accommodating of the early check in I had requested ahead of arrival. My room wasn't ready but she found one that was. Really spacious, nice bathroom, clean, good shower. Really great value for money.

My only gripe with the property (which was otherwise fantastic at the price point) was the matress on the bed. Could have been better quality which would have made the stay EVEN BETTER. But a small gripe - still slept like a dream with blackout curtains.

The location is very close to the centre, the hotel is very safe with key codes on the entrance. The rooms were very big and clean.

There was a club that played very loud music until 2am this was the only downside

Low build quality, broken door handle, broken heating. Hot water not on. Sticky kitchen floor. Difficult access to bed. Fridge door difficult to close. Noisy at night, background Hun and people coming in late.

I lobe everything about the apartment especially the privacy.
