Our family stayed in this condo for a second time. It was modern and very clean. Perfect central location, we could walk almost anywhere we needed to go. Easy to get a taxi close by if needed. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again and again!

We loved our stay at this property. The location is central to the beach and restaurants. The staff was very responsive and our cleaning was impeccable. Highly recommend this property for service and location.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful as pictured. The service was great. Emanuel was so kind and arranged our taxies for us upon departure. The view was perfect. Our housekeeper did such a great job and really went above and beyond. The only complaint I have was the room with the two queen beds tends to get a littler warmer, but we kept our curtains closed to help with the heat, but otherwise an overall great experience with an amazing view of the beach. All of the staff at Ixchel and especially on the beach and Kalak were just amazing. Highly recommend!

You cannot beat the location, amazing beachfront Playa Norte, clean and well maintained grounds with wonderful staff. The room is beautifully decorated, comfortable, with CENTRAL A/C - very rare in Mexico. The views from the kitchen and patio are beautiful and the beds, couch, and linens are soo comfortable. Hot water with great water pressure. Street tacos line up a block behind at night as well as endless restaurants right outside the complex. Close to downtown and marina and super secure. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future!

We stayed here for four nights over Memorial Day Weekend 2023. The property is located on the most beautiful beach on Isla (in my opinion). Clear beautiful water as far as the eye can see. Additionally, you are steps away from restaurants, bars, food stands, and shopping. Chema met us at the property and took care of all of the check-in details and secured our wrist bands. We had full use of the resort amenities. The only differences were that we could not charge anything to the room, we could only use the pool in front of our building, and we had to use the beach towels that were provided to us in the room. Chema was also able to secure taxis for us as needed during our stay. At checkout, again, he met us in the lobby and there was no additional paperwork or fees to be paid. Maid service was daily except for Sunday and she kept the condo spotless. We only had to message Chema once for extra towels. The condo is exactly as pictured. There is so much room to spread out. The balcony faced the beach/ocean and we enjoyed spectacular views our entire time. Additionally there are large windows in the bedrooms that afforded the same beautiful view. Windows throughout really kept the place bright. There was also a fresh water dispenser in the kitchen where we could fill our bottles as needed. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The management company, resort and resort staff really made our stay perfect.

Property was beautiful and just as pictured. The view of the beach was amazing. Kalak restaurant was delicious and I ate the guacamole everyday and the Kalak staff for the beach was awesome. Highly recommend this unit for your stay. Our housekeeper was great also and did a wonderful job.

Excellent long weekend on Playa Norte! Property manager was super easy to work with. Excellent service and everything was exactly as described. Recommend Isla Fun Tours as a private taxi with full found trip pick up and drop off from CUN. We will definitely stay at this property again. Ricardo, our taxi driver, took us for a “bar hopping” tour around the island. The Joint is a must see with live music. Elvis was in the building. No shortage of excellent restaurants. Isla Mujeres is a great place to visit!

Nice location, clean and comfortable.

Perfect location right in North Beach with plenty of restaurants, bars, stores just a few minute walk away. The beach was pretty and had chairs / umbrellas set up that we could use. The property also had a bar and restaurant you could use to order drinks by the pool or on the beach. Chema was great and answered any questions we had immediately.

Location is excellent, beautiful beach views and walking distance from various restaurants. The condo is well stocked with all the kitchen needs and beautifully designed.

This was our 2nd trip to Isla Mujeres, and it did not disappoint. The condo was large and comfortable for our family of 6 (4 kids). The memory foam bed was amazin. As others have mentioned this condo is not affliated with the hotel which made no difference to quality of the stay. We contacted the conceirge via Whatsapp for any needs such as extra beach towels instead of the front desk. No other difference whatsoever. We had daily housekeeping except on Sundays. We enjoyed pool and beach days, and we opened a tab with the pool bar or beachside waiter without issue. This was the busiest we have ever seen the island due to the national holiday observed during our stay and we still always had Beach chairs available anytime of the day. We walked 2min to Hildalgo street every night for dinner. Room has many board games and DVDs for family nights in. We'll book here again.

I hesitate to let everyone know how great this condo was, because I want to be able to book it over and over again in the future. Our group consisted of 4 adults (2 couples). The floor plan was perfect, as the beds and baths were very separate and on opposite sides of the condo allowing for maximum privacy. The location could not be better since it is located on north beach and walkable to everything. We are already planning our return.

Condo is clean, well-kept and great location! Housekeeping service is top notch. Second time we’ve stayed here and this will continue to be our “go to” place for Isla Mujeres.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. Communication was quickly responded to on WhatsApp. Stove works, but you have to push button for ten seconds, we found out. My family of two adults and four kids fit, which is rare. The bed was comfier than my own at home. The beach is steps out the front, with the softest sand I have ever felt. This part of the beach by the condo had zero seaweed, while the neighboring walking distance property had not removed their seaweed. I appreciated being seaweed free. We went May 31, 2022. Recommend renting golf carts and stocking up on groceries at the Chedraui grocery store. Recommend buying churros and marquesitas at night in the Hidalgo shopping street just steps away. We saw 12 large sea turtles off Punta Sur, which was a great surprise and delight. Condo was safe and quiet.

We loved our 7 nights at this beautiful condo! Check in was smooth, our housekeeper was the best ever, and the location was perfect. You have the beach on one side with stunning views, and Hidalgo street loaded with shops and eateries on the other side. If you want to stay close to Centro, not spend all your money on accommodations, but have a killer place to stay, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!

This unit is owned by an owner who does not have a good relationship with the Ixchel, therefore you cannot sit on a certain side of the beach or receive any help whatsoever from the front desk with things like changing money or towels or lost wristbands. The Ixchel does not care for the guests of this condo at all which made it very awkward. Although the host of the owner was very helpful, I would not stay in this condo again due to the way the Ixchel treats guests of this condo.

The property, the suite, is actually great, clean, comfy beds, wifi was slow but that is probably true for the whole hotel. Our problem was with Ixchel and Mundaca/Evolve/VRBO. Since this property is managed by Mundaca in Isla Mujeres, the hotel front office treats you like you awfully. You have a different wrist band than "regular" hotel guest, and you are told you can't use the other heated pool, you have issues paying for services as you can't charge to your room, getting beach chairs was an issue, among other hassles. One late night my wife went to ask for a blanket and they refused to help her, they said "call your manager at Mundaca." This one hotel staffer, Elias, went out of his way to make me, my wife, and my kids feel unwelcome at the Hotel property. Its a shame because the hotel, the rooms, the facilities and location are great but being treated as second class hotel guests really put a cloud over our whole vacation. My suggestion would be that if you do want to stay here, book through the hotel and you can avoid some of these problems. The front office at Ixchel are still a bunch of ball busters but at least you will have the right wrist band on, so you avoid some of the rudeness we experienced.

Andrea was wonderful to book through and her property was just perfect. The setup worked perfectly for our family of 5, including three young kids. It was never overly crowded and it was in the perfect location. The house was beautifully clean and the maid service was top notch. Check in and out was seamless and everybody was so kind and accommodating. Very, very well stocked kitchen. Would return in a heartbeat.

This place is fantastic! Beautiful view of the ocean and super nice accommodations! Lots of room for a family or friends. The ability to have an awesome kitchen and living room space is wonderful.

Large, clean, well-kept condo in a great North Beach location. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. We were there for New Years' week and the beach was very noisy and crowded. I hear its much more relaxed at other times.

For a very reasonable rate they will wash and dry a bag of laundry for you in within a few hours.We would stay again for sure and literally have nothing negative to say about this beautiful condo.

This wasn't our first time staying at Ixchel but it was our first time staying in 401/402. Check in and checkout process was seamless. The condo was gorgeous, big, well stocked and super clean. Having a door code instead of room keys was a huge help with teenagers being able to come in and out as needed and not misplacing them. The location is perfect access to Hidalgo. We would most definitely rent this room again.
