Property was spotless and clean, it had everything you would need being away from home. Decor was very much beach themed and there was lovely quirky little touches dotted around. Everything was labelled clearly and the introduction pack there was really informative. Location was amazing out the gate and you facing the beach. The café opposite was really good as well, great staff and my mum said it was the best dirty fries she’s had! Pub few doors up as well that did great food.

Great location, good sized house (looks bigger than in the photos). Lots of great walks/beaches on your door step and fab surfing beaches within 30 minutes drive. Very comfortable house, kitchen well equipped and parking never an issue. Able to easily store 5 bikes on the front patio. Rear patio was good for drying wetsuits etc.

The weather could have been better! Bed linen could be 100% cotton and TV rather old and slow (but didn't go on hols to watch tv!)

Could not have asked for a better holiday home . Location was great .Great little beach . Parking a plenty. Mel and Shaun are the perfect hosts.We loved it .

I liked that all the cleaning stuff and towels were provided. They left us with clear information about things.

Just the steps were very steep. But it did have a hand rail.

Great location, right on the beach. Coastal walk path to Ilfracombe harbour at the doorstep. Property is super clean and very well equipped. Netflix keeps the young adults entertained in the evening

Only one minor - can’t find the two pin socket for electrical toothbrish
