One block off Duval, but enough to get away from the noise. Having a private pool on those hot days was a real plus. The only negative was that the AC was not keeping up with the heat. The thermostat showed a consistent 76-77, which was warm for sleeping. We could not get the thermostat to lower the temp. Called the management company & they said they would respond to check it out, but we never saw anyone & nothing was fixed. Other than that, we had a great time!

The property is listed for $6M and we were in the Bimini suite. It’s worn out and not maintained. Towels and sheets are in a shed near trash cans. Very unsanitary especially if they keep claiming it’s humid. It was extremely hot in the suite and they controlled the temp remotely. Only room that was cool had the window unit. Should have them in other beds/living area. We couldn’t get into the suite (code wasn’t working.) Maintenance had to come out as soon as we arrived. None of the pool furniture was usable as the cushions were cheap and maintained water. Very filthy overall (Marlboro cig pack was next to pool.) Wouldn’t recommend or return.

It is one street off of Duval, so we had the best of both worlds: Easy walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops and the quiet atmosphere at the location of the place. The outdoor area was wonderful: a shared pool that was just the right size for the 4 rentals, a table in the shade, and a comfy seating area next to the pool. The 3 bedroom/bath rental was the perfect size for 3 couples and had enough space for us to congregate in the living/dining area. The only thing that I would mention is that not enough toilet paper was left by the cleaning crew for the 6 of us for our 4 night stay and when I requested more, I was told that they only start you out with a few and that we would have to purchase our own. Luckily, there is a grocery store within steps of the place. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Communication was also great!

The house is very old, but some parts were updated. It was not a lot of space, but it was ok for 6 adults. The shower was good, bed was ok. Well stocked with toiletries and a well equipped kitchen (although old and small), it worked for us. We did have a bug problem, but contacted the management company and they immediately took care of it. They were very responsive so if you have any issues, they should respond quickly. The outside was cute and typical Key West vibe. Nice shared pool we used everyday. There is also a grocery store down the street which was convenient. This is not a high end rental (although it was priced like one). We still had a great time in Key West and enjoyed our stay at the Bimini Suite. If you do stay here, there isn’t a place to store luggage before check-in if needed, but management will recommend a company to store it for you which came in handy.

However, this year I rented the large lower section and was unimpressed. The stovetop elements are falling out and dont work properly and several layers of improperly installed floooring make the stove/oven lean severly towards the rear making it difficult to cook. The flooring is severly cracked in the main bedroom and the tub is cracked in the other bedroom - both issues related to structural problems with the building. The pool and location were great, but for $1000/night I expected better maintenance. The building is for sale, so I would not expect any investment towards fixing these issues. I will be looking elsewhere for future visits.

The location is central to everything you may want to do, but the street is so quiet we were pleasantly surprised. The pool area is excellent, amazing art and a mix of sun and shade. Heated pool is a real plus in cooler weather. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. Would recommend! A great stay!

Great location close to everything. Food was excellent. Only issue I found was one bedroom only received one tv station. But I could have done something wrong.

This rental was in such a convenient spot - just a walk away from Duval St and a short golf-cart ride away from other attractions. The unit was just as listed and the property manager was great to work with. Having a pool on site was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

We rented the Bimini Suite for a retirement/65th birthday. There were 5 women and the suite was a great size for us. Everything was clean and as described. Ample supply of towels (bath and pool), soap, toilet paper, etc. Great location and the pool area was nice. On the negative side - pool needs a hand rail. There is none and dangerous for entry/exit from pool. Floor boards were loose in some rooms or warped which caused us to trip.

Stove top did not work - so we bought all this food we could not cook. Super limited kitchen counter space. Part of our party was staying in another suite connected to our building - so we had to walk over to their hmsuite to be able to cook food with their stove. Super inconvenient and very annoying. Day of checkout - property guy came into our house at 9:25am and changed our door code (checkout was 10am) as we are going in and out of the house to load our vehicles.

We had a blast in Key West and the house was in a great location. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the pool as well. We were in it a lot.

Loved our stay at the Bimini suite! Plenty of room for everyone with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The private pool was a highlight with pool towels provided and the washer and dryer ensure we had all the essentials! Great location. Highly recommend and will be back!
