Beach access and location

Perfect property, white glove clean approved, Snow White bedding and linens, great water pressure in shower and sinks, clean grilling area that no one would be afraid of cooling there dinner, efficient washer and dryer, beautiful views. I definitely love this place!

View was nice, place was very comfy and set up nicely!

The WiFi went out each night at the same time so we couldn’t watch tv at all, we also were on the 3rd floor so we had to walk up a ton of stairs.

On the pro, it's nicely laid out. Large bed in the bedroom and two twin-size bunk beds in the "hallway". Fairly complete kitchen. Nice balcony (in May it was shady in the afternoon, sunny in the morning). Parking was a breeze, but see below.

Con: You're not on the beach; instead there is a four-lane highway you have to run across (no crosswalk even close). You're not really within walking distance of anything other than the beach. The bathroom is small and everything is old. The hot water is just lukewarm. Turning it full hot made the shower usable, but keeping the hot water that temperature is just asking for a breakout of legionnaires disease. The Internet access was beyond terrible. Really slow and connections would regularly time-out. I haven't seen Internet this bad at a hotel since back in the 2000s. No chance of any kind of streaming -- barely even usable for browsing. Even Hilton properties that deliberately throttle your connection to try to get you to purchase their "premium" are way better than this. It felt like they have some low-end DSL connection shared across the entire property. I eventually gave up on it and tethered my laptop to my phone and just used its cellular connection. Although parking was a breeze, it was really stressful until I got there. When I booked, it said parking was free. Then I started getting emails telling me I needed to pay $25. I called and they said I had already paid (!). Then more emails telling me I had to pay. Fortunately when I got there, there was a parking tag in the condo, but that confusion/uncertainty is stressful if you're arriving late. Place need to get their act together.

The location was great. The view of the beach was nice.

I didn’t like having a warning note put on my car stating that the parking decal wasn’t filled out correctly, the check-out date wasn’t filled in.
