The location is not in the best neighborhood, but therefor it’s much cheaper then the rest of London wich makes up it!

Good location with great staff and an excellent bar. Good for a short stay in this part of London.

Fantastic first impressions: an early check in arranged and the reception was warm and professional (thank you Nadia). The room was excellent and we found the bar staff, again, professional and friendly.

It fell down the next morning. No staff approached me when I sat in the restaurant for breakfast and the menu was extremely limited and uninspiring. I got up, left the hotel, and had a fine breakfast in the cafe opposite. It is an element that lets the rest of the staff and hotel down. Whilst the rooms are, generally, very good indeed, the beds are extremely low and rising from them can be challenging for the elderly or infirm.

Fantastic facilities, rooms were of super-high quality and well equipped, Free welcome drink at the bar and restaurant. Just a really nice place

Nice room with full equipment in kitchen , nice furniture, all tools , like Kitchenware , even dishwasher machine , oven etc. look nice and comfort was too. Staff friendly, and beer Brewery together with reception.

SingleBed small, below knee level and too soft.Bathroom can get easily flooded when taking shower. The very small shower cabinet seated above the bathroom floor. Water can easily drain into bathroom floor and no drainage hole on floor. Only the small shower cabinet had drainage for water. The beds are small, very low and soft.

Really friendly staff. We liked having a kitchenette and fridge. The shower was fantastic. The situation was good for what we needed. Bar was great too.

We were woken several times on the first night by other customers talking loudly, not the properties fault though.

Adorei ser recebido pela recepcionista brasileira que nos deu varias dicas e foi super atenciosa nos detalhes. O quarto é excelente, super confortável, silencioso, limpo, e como muitas conectores para cabo USB (Pra quem não tem adaptador de UK) facilita muita a vida lol. A localização é perfeita e conta com transportes publicos na porta é 24hs e também tem um MC do lado que tb é 24hs com opcões veganas. =D

Não gostei do fato de termos que pagar um deposito de 1 euro que tem que ser obrigatoriamente no mesmo cartão que fizemos a reserva, ou teriamos que cancelar toda a reserva é fazer novamente com outro cartão para poder entrar no quarto. O que para quem chega tarde é cansado não faz muito sentido.

Really loved the room. A nice sized studio that was had a nice layout without feeling cramped. You couldn't hear anything outside the room, such as other guests or the high street. Staff were really helpful, welcoming and always there with a smile. The shower was amazing - great pressure and heat. Room was a great temp and allowed you to turn on a fan if needed. Really great location too. A lot of local connections and close to the station.

The only thing that bugged me, which won't affect many, is the subtitles on the normal TV never worked. They only loaded when using an app or via chromecast.

The hotel corresponds to its level. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented.

The location of Kingsland Locke is perfect, especially if you’re looking to explore the city center I was pleasantly surprised to find that it took les than 20 minutes to travel to the heart of London. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Kingsland Locke on my future visits. The combination of excellent amenities, FRIENDLY SERVICE, and an ideal location makes it a top choice for anyone traveling to the area.

Very friendly staff, good location with a connection to the city center. Also downstairs there is a good cafe for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay there! Highly recommended!

A warm welcome from the staff and friendly service at the bar. The room was stylish and very comfortable. The bar/cafe also open to non residents and onto street with good ambience

The bar was being used for a private function on one of the nights without notice to residents which messed up our plans
