Great location!

Breakfast muffins were moldy, danishes were expired, and milk was curdled. Having limited breakfast options was difficult for a family of four, especially with two young children. My husband and daughter actually got sick immediately after breakfast and vomited multiple times during our drive back home. Please discard all expired foods so no one else gets sick from them.

It was clean, the staff was great, and it was very conveniently located.

Breakfast was all that we needed. A decent variety for an all inclusive breakfast. Pool stayed open late and we enjoyed the location, easy to get to Hershey Park. Self serve coffee was great!

They did not make up our room over night, only brought clean towels but did not make the beds.

The beds were comfortable. I liked that they had a couple of gluten free items for breakfast.

The first night one of the beds had long hairs on the sheets and even the comforter. The sheets were either not changed or the maid put sheets on with hair. It was very obvious to see on white sheets. The walls are paper thin, we heard our neighbors tv up until morning hours. The manager on duty said she would switch our room but we had already unpacked our things so we asked for new bedding and we changed it even though she did offer to come and change for us. She told us to leave the other out in the hall which was still laying there the next day when we left the hotel. The bathroom floor had hairs on it as well like it had not been cleaned. The hot water was not hot and 1 night and 1 morning I didn't take a shower because of no hot water and my daughter who was there for basketball tournament took a cold shower one time. The room smelt musky when coming back in at night. The parking lot was small and we had to park behind a Red Roof Inn which they called overflow parking. But with us being all girls I didn't like parking behind another hotel and walking over. It didn't feel safe to me and I definitely was disappointed after spending $600.00 to stay here.

The hotel is beautiful, renovated, with plenty of amenities. The staff was friendly and professional and the free breakfast was everything you could ask for.

The soundproofing in the hotel is horrendous. The people staying in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture and running a marathon over our heads late into the night. We could hear every sound in the hallway. Such a pretty hotel, but the noise level was hard to overlook.

The room was great, the bed was very comfortable and clean it had a new smell and it was upgraded also the staff the excellent l, the selection of breakfast was good. My overall experience was great I would revisit this location again.

I didn't like the lack of parking I had to drive around to look for a parking spot.
