We enjoyed our stay. The location, views, ocean breezes and sounds were awesome. The kitchen was minimally supplied. Cookware is old and worn. Tile floors were dirty.

My issue was no beach we could sit at for miles. Very rocky area. The listing said a beach was close by, we could not find it. Also the firepit had work being done and was closed off. I looked for properties with fire pits so this was very disappointing. The house itself was better then what I thought it would be. The views are unbelieveable.

Really beautiful location if you love oceanfront - we do! Gorgeous interior design. Open floor plan from top of stairs to out on the balcony was great for all of us to just be together. Fireplace in living room is broken and some new frying pans/pots would be a great update. The light switches were often confusing (automatic shut off) and very very bright blue lights that are built into the light switches - not a problem overall but in the bedrooms it was a bit much. Getting into the property was a little confusing but we eventually figured it out. There is a shared space right below the balcony with three other apartments but it didn't really impact anyone. Never wanted to leave the balcony. Dolphins, seals, gorgeous ocean + F A M I L Y that we hadn't seen in way too long....we all really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Loved the view of the ocean from the living room. Great amount of space to stretch out and relax.

It's extremely comfortable inside and I never quite got used to how nice it was to almost always hear the waves crashing. I highly recommend staying here.

Any problems are handled immediately and with professionalism. It would be helpful to put a sign down below in the backyard that the grassy yard is for the four units. On our arrival we found the guests in the bottom unit had taken over the entire yard with their very large group. They were definitely having a good time!

Once again we really enjoyed our stay in this condo, the rooms were very clean and the new room addition was a pleasant surprise.

We had a very nice time. Location was great! The only complaint I have was the sound system did not work for the tv. Had to buy batteries for the remote also. Other than that it has everything you would need.

Access to the beach is very nearby but be aware that it's still a bit of a scramble especially carrying gear and a baby. There were many pluses to the condo itself: 2 car garage parking (albeit tiny garages - we lost a side mirror), spacious living and kitchen (you may want to bring your own knives and pans as these ones are pretty difficult to use if you like cooking), and comfortable beds and great bathrooms/showers. I don't mean to be negative about this - just informative. Other amenities that were wonderful to have access to include a laundry room, copious room fans as it did get quite warm around sunset, beautiful deck overlooking the ocean, and plenty of media to access from the television. One real issue that needs attention from the property owners: it's next to impossible to get a good night's sleep between the sheerness of the window treatments and the incredibly bright blue indicator lights on every single light switch. I mean, beyond bright blue lights on the light switches; I could practically read by these things even when it was pitch black outside. One bedroom didn't even have window treatments but we called and they sent someone out to install a (totally sheer) roller blind. So moral of the story, bring sleep masks unless you are not bothered by the indicator lights and dawn.

Great location. Clean and spacious facility. Met our expectations. Very relaxing and we all had privacy. Not sure how much access we had to the lawn area or what bar-Q to use....a little confusing. Would of loved beach access right in front but just a small and fun walk to the beach further down. Glad to have beach toys to use in garage Cooking skillets need to be replaced. Also knifes need to be replaced Overall very satisfied!

One of my toddlers got her toes cut and bled due to having nails sticking out from the master bedroom to the living room carpet, reported all these incidents but can’t do anything right away so they want to bother the next following day to fix this, there were 7 nails that the maintenance took out. He worked for maybe 29 mins or 30 mins. Just imaging strangers going in and out of your paid vacation stay. It’s very annoying. We already gave up on the Internet; the annoying drilling outside; but we needed those nails out sinceWe got toddlers. Other than this, I know how it’s newly renovated but they also left some screws and nails for the new modeled walk in closet, the toddlers played with the pile of screws that were left off the ground or the corner part of the closet. Once I tried to ask for some compensation , the management seems to have a bad communicati

The air was not working when we arrived and Beachfront sent out a repairman who fixed it for 4 days. It started not cooling again and and we called Beachfront. They sent their maintenance man who took a air flow reading of 72 degrees from vent - the air was set at 70- and told us it was working. Being from AZ and googling what air flow should be, I knew it should be significantly cooler that the set temp. I intentionally rented for the air from past experiences in CA. The back bedrooms at night would be in the 80s and hard to sleep. After continued attempts to talk to a manager I gave up- If you are getting this place and paying more for air - don't plan on it- BUYER BEWARE

We had a great time during our weekend stay in this beautiful house. The check-in process was a bit confusing. I received an email and a text with different codes but the customer service was very helpful and they helped me figure it out very fast. There was also a very minor issue about one of the beds being squeaky, other than that everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood.

Prior to my last stay, the master bedroom was the most gorgeous room connected to a master bathroom. During this stay, they have "chopped up" the floor plan to add another very small bedroom by putting up a wall. I did have some issues for 2 days with the cleaning of this unit, but the company DID make wrong right and for that reason, I will be staying here again. I have booked with Beachfront Only 6 times, and I will say, they do their very best to accommodate any issues one might have. I would reccommend this unit.

i had a great time

Extremely beautiful ocean views, and a large well appointed space. The main living / dining area feels huge, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. And the outdoor deck is a perfect place to relax outside. Were some minor quibbles about some fixtures / appliances: the surround-sound amp/receiver wouldn't turn on, the latch for the sliding door to the patio wasn't functional due to rust, and there was a weird soot stain above the fireplace when we arrived - but overall, the creature comforts were good, the place was clean, and the location was great. We were extremely pleased, and would definitely recommend!

It was very clean in common areas, a little dusty in other areas. This is a 5 star property but I'm rating a 3.5-4 because we had a few issues. No coffee filters in the unit or any amenities such as coffee/tea station. I brought coffee just in case but no filters provided in such a higher end property this was disappointing at 7am. Also no Tupperware, zip lock etc. so bring your own. We ran out of bowls several times we are a family of 5 and could not find a bottle opener to save our lives. Request fireplace pilot be lit if you plan to use it, we could not I am assuming this was the issue. We texted and response was QUICK but we opted to not use because we wanted privacy. This is a pet friendly building (huge perk!) BUT the people down stairs in the bottom adjoining unit simply took it upon themselves to use the entire yard for their 2 very sweet retrievers who relieved themselves all over, yuck! The people cleaned it up once a day (scoop after every poop people!
Nice people but very territorial with the space and dogs should have been better kept. That said we could not use the yard, it was awkward. Also no live TV could not watch the NYE countdown :( but every app to stream available with your log in. Overall though we were comfortable and enjoyed the time away. As a frequent traveler/explorer this is a great property with a ton more potential. I prefer houses for the privacy so not sure if we will stay here again.

I especially loved all the space in the kitchen for preparing meals and then soaking in the enormous bathtub in the master bathroom.
During our stay we were able to take a long walks along the beach just before sunset. Access to the beach is directly from the common area by carefully walking down the steps made of large rocks. The sunsets were amazing and the sound of the waves at night is the perfect lullaby to sleep.
Sitting at the table on the balcony is perfect for coffee in the morning.
The living room couch is large enough for the entire family to lay on to watch a movie together in the evenings.
We had a great experience from reserving online all the way to check out. We definitely want to stay here again!
