They initially didn't accept my booking. They said they don't accept bookings from Booking.com. Said they only accept bookings from Oyo. And asked me to pay extra money if I wanted the room. When I refused and started to contact customer care , was about to leave they agreed to accommodate me. People checking in during odds hours may fall for this trap. The bathroom and room were not clean. Old broken floor and dirt accumulated on the sides.

The room was perfectly decorated, well-designed, and clean. Had a very pleasant stay. Room and bathroom were clean. The staff was good and courteous. Great View from room.

The rude behaviour of the reception staff. They didn't even bother to talk neatly and politely with customer, especially the night staff. Even, elevator has bad smell and elevator duct has lot of gutkha spitting. Even, bathing water has too bad smell.

Room quality was low as shown in the pictures. I have been asked to pay extra 500 and no invoice provided for the additional payment I made.

I would not suggest you to book oyo townhouse through Agoda or booking.com or even make my trip. They do not accept booking from these sites and in the end it just makes your stay inconvenient and tiring. We were trying to sort the issue while checking-in and the staff was quite rude to us, did not even offer help or assistance. Customer service was very poor. I would highly recommend the hotel to look upon their staff and workers. We did not enjoy the stay at all. The food was alright but service was poor.

I have complaint about your site and booked hotel. My experience is very bad at hotel. They asked to pay 900 extra as we booked hotel at price 850. They told that there room price is fix ₹1800 so i have to pay 900 more as i paid 850 already, if not they cannot complete our booking and told that rooms are full.This hotel booking is not refundable so i have not cancelled and paid 900 extra. Already talked with your customer care they asked me to wait until confirm from hotel side. I have a valid bill that i have paid 900 to the hotel. Asking you for refund of ₹900 that had paid extra

The washroom is very very smelly and booked through booking.com rs 1600 and when i reached Oyo they said they were not considering that price which booking.com offering and they charge 200 extra for dirty room total rs 1800 they charged
