Reviewer Comments: We rented for 4 days for our corporate team for a nearby conference, and the space was clean, open, well equipped (towels, linens, etc.), and instructions checking in and out were clear and simple. They had a visible sign in the kitchen with wifi, trash, and maintenance details, and the office was quick and courteous when we called to have the heater for hot tub activated (additional $20 per day--it was worth it)! The hot tub takes several hours to heat up, and is not super hot, but is enjoyably warm. Comfortable beds and pillows, fun themed rooms and nice garage space turned into ping pong and air hockey room. We will definitely come back next year!

We enjoyed a day at the clubhouse which was great with the lazy river and water slides. The house itself was clean. It does only come with the bare minimum for toiletries; which is not uncommon, just be prepared to buy your own. We were originally given the wrong wifi information but customer service was great and quick to redemy it. Also, none of the provided remotes for the different fans and lighting fixtures worked. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit.

Great home perfect for families with lots of ages they had everything you need stocked in the kitchen and home was very clean and plenty of parking available. Only complaint is the check in process says to go straight to the home but you actually have to check in at another community nearby to get a gate pass and none of that is specified and no address is given on where to go. Also they did not give an address for the water park that we had access to but we were able to find it when we went to the store.

This property had everything we needed and was a very convenient location.

It was wonderful. Big enough for our family!!! Wish check out was 11:00am. 10:00 am is a bit early. But other then missing a few kitchen utensils it was fabulous

Great house, great stay! Plenty of space and bathrooms. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely return with my family. The only issue we had was that we waited a couple days for a response to an issue we had, then was told the delay in the response was because they were closed on the weekends. Fortunately, it was a small issue and not one that we needed to have addressed immediately. Not sure how urgent issues are addressed if the managing office is closed for the weekend.

We traveled with 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. It was so nice to have our own spaces each night. We never felt cramped. The house description was accurate. Make sure to add things like paper towels, a sponge, laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, and salt and pepper to your grocery list. Water pressure was nice! Close to Target, Disney, and SeaWorld. Hot tub was so nice! Pool could have been warmer to be enjoyable. The resort area was nice and about a 5 min drive. There is also a smaller resort area closer with a park and non-heated pool. Note that the water slides and lazy river are not heated at the main resort. Our flight was cancelled on us on the way home, and we were asking about late check out or extending a night and the rental management company didn’t respond (note that it was Christmas Eve, so that’s probably why-but they didn’t follow up the next week either). We ended up finding a different house in the neighborhood to extend our stay. Communication prior to arrival met our needs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the accuracy of what to expect with the listing. I would consider staying again.

What a fantastic home! My wife and I brought our 3 young adult kids plus 2 of their spouses. A beautiful home with lots of space for all of us. Favourite part of the house was the back deck and swimming pool. A 3 minute drive to Target for groceries, etc. A 15 min drive to most theme parks. We couldn’t be happier with this vacation home!

This property was absolutely stunning. With vacationing with another family who also had kids the property was big enough we had a great time without being constantly in each other’s way. Everyone had their own space. The water park and lazy river were awesome. We will definitely be back. Loved it.

Great communication from property company. House was a little hard to find. Doesn't seem like Google maps or Apple maps have really keyed in on this community yet. Google tried to make me drive for 45 minutes in circles from the guard house. Odd! Pros: spacious, cool rooms for kids, pool on property, television had lots of options, and fairly close proximity to the sites we wanted to see. Cons: game room wasn't available, some beds were not comfortable (hard and flimsy), pillows were thin and cheap, dishwasher had blown the fuse so we had to fix it before we could do dishes, definitely not enough towels, tp, or trash bags provided (this has been mentioned often for this house.. instead of claiming you're "providing enough to start" how about providing enough for the stay period? 2 trash bags for 9 people for 4 days is NOT enough. I'm on vacation, I don't want to have to buy supplies that should be provided. Whatever the current thought process is.. double it. That would make it so much better!). Some of the bathrooms have brown stuff growing on grout lines. Seems like they built these houses to look good but not age well. Lots of putty in moldings. I guess it's a rental so who cares? Check out process was very easy. I do appreciate that it was just dishes, trash, lock the door. Much better than other rentals in that regard. I don't understand this community's trash policy. Everyone just dumps it on their lawns for pick up? That seems so icky. I hope they upgrade this soon. And Florida doesn't recycle? That's just odd. Not a comment on this house specifically.. just not something I liked about my visit. I wouldn't stay in this property again personally, but if you want a reasonably priced place for a large party to stay, it's not bad.

Handy to Target for basics, near parks and take out. Pool was perfect. Didn’t get a chance to checkout the community splash pool because the grandkids were more than content with the private pool. I’d rent this house again next Orlando trip.

1- The security code wasn't changed for our arrival so we couldn't get in which was frustrating. We had to call the property emergency line as it was after hours but they quickly resolved the problem.
2- We requested the pool and hottub be heated and the first day it wouldn't warm up after an hour. Even after getting an apology and the switch turned on, the hot tub never got relaxing hot just an okay. The pool never got warm, so we couldn't use it. Very disappointing.
3- Just some minor things of a piece of artwork had been knocked off the walls and a couple pieces of the sliding door window cover were left on the floor were off putting but not a big deal.
4- Finally, my husband and I drove all around the neighborhood and nearby communities and never found the pool or small water park seen in the photos. We were upset by this as what we saw in the photos made us choose this lovely house.

Overall, the house was lovely and location was perfect. The experience could have been better for our honeymoon but in the end it was still memorable. Especially the unexpected polar bear plunge into the cold pool, wasn't prepared for that.

Great floorplan with lots of room for everyone. The hvac filter (upstairs ceiling) was in desperate need of changing. There was no warm or hot water access from sinks in the kitchen or the bathrooms. (We let them run for almost 10 full minutes and still cold). Washing pots and pans in cold water isn't very sanitary but we weren't going to run the dishwasher after every meal either. Pros: Clean house, great pool/hot tub, plenty of dishes, great rooms, loved the game room, good location! Cons: We have NEVER stayed in a house that we had to go out and buy dish soap, sponges, and paper products (you're given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels only). Disappointing that there aren't any kitchen amenities (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters). The hot tub doesn't get 'hot' but we were there during an unusual cold spell so we were wanting warmer water - it could be okay in the rest of the year. There were no extra blankets for the beds. Overall, despite some of the disappointments, we were pleased with the house and would stay there again!
