The views are spectacular, staff is very friendly and helpful- including knowledge & recommendations of things to do nearby. Food was plentiful and very good. Farm fresh eggs, gardens, adorable cats/kittens.

The room we stayed in was below the main house/kitchen and we heard every step and conversation above us throughout the day and into the evening. We would stay again, but would choose something on the second level or on the opposite side of the main house.

After two days of hiking national parks, with two more days ahead, Annie's place was was an oasis in the desert. Our room was beautiful with a great view of surrounding mountains. Jared was a gracious host and cooked a delicious breakfast. If we are ever back in this area again, Annie's Place would be an overnight stop for sure.

Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was delicious. Hikes were amazing.

The location was perfect! Annie's Place sits up on a hillside near the town of Boulder, Utah, so its very rural, off the beaten path and very quiet and beautiful.

Jared was excellent host and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. The view from the dining room is awesome. EV charging was most appreciated.

Great stay! Jared was very friendly and welcoming :) breakfast was delicious, the bed very comfortable and the location easy to find. Loved having eggs from his own chickens for breakfast. Fun to see the chickens and the 2 curly haired pigs too.

The B & B was hard to find, as signs are not allowed by the town ordinance. GPS was not helpful.

We liked everything, mostly, the host! Jared is delightful, fun, smart, a true font of knowledge (and entertaining, esp. while cooking!) I hate to give away the secret of this place but just say - "GO!" The place, and the area, are special. Our room, and the incredible bathroom, was lovely, too!

Jared was especially helpful. He has exceptional knowledge of the surrounding area. He especially pointed out the slot canyon off of Burr Road and another access point to Bryce.

Sparkling clean, virtually new. Nicely sized room, complete with separate shower and bath, and fireplace (electric) in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Magnificent dark skies.

Location is tricky to find—and for that reason they text you perfect directions to find the turn-off from Rt 12.

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Jared was a joy, ever helpful and attentive to our needs. Rooms were very quite. Breakfast was wonderful, views were spectacular. Will definitely stay again

Can’t think of anything important

This property was a pleasant surprise. the accommodations were excellent. We had four rooms and all four parties were very pleased. Breakfast was fantastic and such a pleasant upgrade from where we stayed the day before. the host is a breathe of fresh air, he gaze some tips for local sight seeing and gave all the time in the world to ask him about the area. I can’t give this place anything but the highest marks in every category. one of the highlights of our trip.

Absolutely beautiful place, I find in any location, how lucky we were to stay here. And on top of everything else we had an amazing dinner right at this location with the most interesting host Who Was a wonderful story teller And also made us a beautiful breakfast.
