Jamal was excellent. Very friendly and proficient. The pool was great for our kids. They had a blast with the size and depth of the pool. It was very close to Capital Reef and we loved not having a long drive at the end of a long and beautiful hike. The rooms were very clean. We have stayed at a lot of Days Inn over the years and this was the cleanest by far. Thank you for a great breakfast too. We loved the hard boiled eggs for the adults in the morning.

Easy check in, even if we were 30 min early. Even if close to the highway it was quiet.
There was holes on the walls, The drape from the shower didn't protect the floor at all. Door lock didn't work. Would have like to have water offered at the breakfast.

The staff was very nice.
The hotel needs serious renovation. The Formica on the furnitures is held with tape, there is an awful smell in the corridor and although the bathroom was clean, it looks old and not appealing. Breakfast is very basic

Breakfast had few choices. But was adequate. Room was clean if in need of upkeep. Next door to Subway for quick meals.
Hot water for a shower would have been nice. WiFi that worked (none for 2 of my 3 nights) would have been nice. Jamal admitted owner was too cheap to fix these known problems.

The staff was very helpful, especially Jamal at the front desk. He represented the property extremely well. He was friendly, gracious, and always willing to help. really enjoyed the true queen size beds. The breakfast was good. The property was very quiet and attracted a quiet crowd.
The facility is sorely in need of redecoration. Our first impression was that the interior, especially the guest corridors and guest rooms needed new carpet, paint, wall coverings, etc. The toilet bowls were designed for small people. i am over six feet tall and found them very uncomfortable.

a pool and hot tub is advertised and the ONLY reason I picked this hotel but at check in I was told pool and hot tub are closed

The breakfast was alright (could be improved with a waffle maker). The front desk staff was super helpful and approachable. Access to Capitol Reef was quick and easy. The rooms with option of sleeping 6 was quite nice for our larger family.
We were disappointed that the pool and spa were closed. It should be mentioned on the website or mentioned by the staff when we called. The breakfast could have been improved with a waffle maker.

Not many places in Torrey UT open early in the season but the Days Inn was. it was very clean and good location to gas, food and Capital Reef.

Breakfast Bagel had mold on it. Microwave did not work in room 105 - no plug issue.

Friendly front desk person. He was super nice.
We chose the hotel specifically for the indoor pool - we learned upon arrival that the pool was under remodeling and closed. It was too late in the evening for us to cancel and choose another hotel. Wish we knew about the pool beforehand. Also no hot food at the breakfast - rather basic compared to other Days Inn hotels we stayed.

Room was large and very clean. Subway was convenient to pickup lunch sandwiches for Capitol Reef day trip.
Breakfast selection was just average. Ate breakfast at hotel one day and went to other place for breakfast on second day.
