5 minutes’ walk to the JR Uji Station and Byodoin Temple, Cafes and Srores nearby. Building is new and rooms are very clean and confortable

The location was good. The size of the room was bigger than most of the rooms we had stayed in in Japan.

The room was warm, and the air conditioning or the fan didn't work. We woke up to hot air blowing on us.

The location is very good, 5min walk from Uji station. The room is newly furnitured. The hotel is also close to several good restaurants and sightseeing spots.

The biggest problem is ilthe room and service DO NOT match it's price. I booked the room one week before I stayed. The room price of this hotel is doubled compared to other hotels with equivalent room plans. The WiFi is almost broken, I cannot watch a video with the WiFi. So why would customers on business travel choosing your hotel since you do not have good Internet connection? And just like other reviews mentioned, the curtain is about 2 inches away from the window, it can't cover much. When the sun rises the sunlight will directly shine on your face. And the last one, with such decent facilities, the hotel front desk does not speak much English. I am not blaming the front desk service, they did quite good job. I just want to emphasize that the room and the service does not match the price, not only for me but also for other people travelling with business purpose.
