We were really impressed when we got there,in fact the name fantastic suits the place perfectly.It was clean and very welcoming.It was stocked with almost everything you will need to call a place home.

The only thing we hope they extend is the early check out time of 10am, we felt a bit rushed.Other than that,no issues at all.We felt at home🏠😊👍

Waiting an hour for the host to bring keys, not a great start! No apology after a 3 hour drive and made us late to a wedding party. Yet if we were late, we would be charged! Broken shower, broken lamps, broken toilet seat, broken bins, holes in the floor, grubby walls, limited basic supplies (no washing up liquid, no hand wash, hardly any cutlery etc) We were not told the correct parking and received abuse from an angry neighbour as we had parked in their space when the host had told us we could park anywhere in the car park on the right! The allocated spaces were located to the left of the house in another car park. Shower flooded within an hour of arrival, told the host who promised to return in the morning and bring someone to fix it, by 1pm the next day when he had still not arrived we had to chase and he then arrived at 2pm with extra towels and a bottle of drain unblocker for us to sort the shower ourselves! The house could be lovely but it is not well taken care of at all, not the experience we expected! Please think twice before booking!!

Just the location. Neighbours were lovely.

The house was dirty. Not enough plates/cutlery/chairs for 5 people. Broken fittings and fixtures. Dirty bedding and towels left in a cupboard smelling. No assistance when tried to solve issues. Car was broken into. Bins overflowing and locked down so couldn't use.

not enough essential items for amount of guests. eg 3 glasses for 4 guests. only one bowl, only a few plates.

Exceptional location in a really quiet and safe neighborhood. The host called and stayed in touch with me to ensure our arrival and was flexible when we were running behind after our long flight to the UK. The house is cozy and family friendly. Loved the bedrooms and one of them is a master with its own bathroom. The WiFi was awesome and the backyard was clean even though we didn’t really use it. Basic necessities were in the kitchen.

The sofa could have been higher. It was low and one of the chairs at the table feels rocky. Needs more chair though at the dinning table so family can sit together for meals.

couldn’t open the back door, the pot and pans didn’t have proper handles so I burnt my hand!

The house its self is simple, tidy and clean.
