It was perfect

The Italian style breakfast was amazing. Choice of espresso (double) or americano and juices with a pastry given before making a choice from the breakfast menu.

On arrival staff were very attentive and showed us to our room which was very comfortable. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning.

Staff were really friendly. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and the food was delicious. Excellent Italian style breakfast It was also close to the market square where the horn blower blows he horn each night

The room was by a busy road but the noise overall wasn’t too bad ( this is being picky, but you did ask)

Great location in the heart of Ripon. The breakfast is exceptionally good.

All members of staff were polite, friendly and professional. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Loved that there was fresh milk and beautiful biscotti. Breakfast was amazing! The filled croissants were out of this world! Evening meal was exceptional too.

Storage in the room was very limited as it was just a few hooks on the wall. As we only stayed one night, it wasn’t an issue. However, it might be more of a problem for longer stays.

Danni and all the team provided excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and they had time for everyone. The food was wonderful. The Italian themed breakfast was so much tastier than the usual full English. The rooms have been fitted to a very high standard and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

The only issue is traffic noise in rooms at the front of the building. I live in a very quiet village so this may not affect everyone.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The location is in the centre of Ripon, just off Market Place. When I arrived I was shown to my room and how everything worked. My room was called Lazio and was apartment-style - on the first floor was the well-appointed lounge and a bathroom with roll-top freestanding bath. The staircase takes you up to the beautifully appointed bedroom and a separate shower-room with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer etc.. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfy and there are shutters and good thick curtains to block out the light (if needed). Everything was spotlessly clean. I had chosen to stay here in order to attend an event elsewhere so did not have dinner, but the breakfast was superb. An excellent choice of cold and hot which can ordered and freshly baked, warm croissants with an Italian twist. This was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely come back if I needed to return to Ripon or the surrounding area.

Room was outstanding. A 2 storey set up with two bathrooms. Food was very good on the evening and the breakfast was outstanding.

Breakfast was outstanding , beautiful food and lovely relaxed service . We ate in the Restaurant in the evening and it was lively and busy , the food was delicious and the staff were superb We were able to check into our room early and the room / ensuite were exceptionally clean with little added extras making the accommodation that bit more special . Highly recommended stay and the place is a credit to the lovely staff

The Room was lovely.. The only issue was the road noise, if you sleep with a window open..

Located within all the main amenities of Ripon. Car parking facilities was a wonderful bonus. The room was beautiful and the bathroom stunning. The food and staff were excellent. I would highly recommended this place
