Para quem precisa estar perto da UMinho, é excelente, inclusive com cafés e mercado nas proximidades. O apartamento tem excelente espaço, cozinha equipada com tudo para fazer uma refeição. Wi-Fi muito boa. Fácil acesso às chaves por código. Comunicação rápida com o staff. Recomendo esta acomodação.

A cama parece um pouco antiga, pois fazia barulho ao menor movimento.

Had everything we needed for our stay. Small issue with check-in due to information email being delayed because my phone had been turned off for the flight - not the fault of the owners who were very helpful.

Easy to collect key. Ideal flat for students nearby university. Value for money if you dont have too much expectations. Almost everything you need there to cook, wash clothes and shower. Beds ok. Going to Braga by car was fast and easy.

Living room was smelling strange (something like cigarettes) and neighbour were loud until 10pm. (We had a baby with us). Not an ideal flat for a young family, rather for students. We went to another place the next day (without refund for remaining 2 nights). Maybe we had just bad luck since the next day was a public holiday. Find parking was little bit difficult in the afternoon, but easy in the evening.

Location is close to the back of university campus as expected, not the nicest area, close to dodgy looking cafes with loud people outside. Would not feel particularly safe at night walking around here. Came here for 2 nights on New Years as one of only places available due to a last minute change. Host was friendly and responsive on day of arrival but never replied to me on last day. Way too overpriced, particularly on New Years, definitely find yourself a better place if you can, we had no option but it was worse than it looked on pictures. There were hairs on sink and bedding, kitchen worktop not clean with food residues on it. Air conditioning in main bedroom difficult to work out. Very basic, for the price would not recommend, only if much cheaper and cleaner, otherwise find yourself a better alternative.
