Great location and loved the feel of the property.

Proximity to the beach, garage parking and condition of beds were great. Future visitors should be aware that this property was run down. Carpets were soiled, the sliding patio doors were very difficult to open, dining room chair broken, towels had holes, air vents extremely dirty, oven dirty and triggered smoke alarm and bathroom tile was mouldy.

We had a great time in this location. Near the beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed our daily walks with the sound of the ocean. The restaurants along the boardwalk were exceptional and with the shopping downtown we truly enjoyed ourselves! We were able to park our cars in the garage. Unfortunately, this is what we found upon arrival: 1. Dark dirty spot in carpet on the first floor bedroom 2. Kitchen counters dirty & sticky 3. Hair stuck on the walls with buggers 4. Dirty refrigerator 5. Milk left in refrigerator; Ice cream left in freezer 6. Den carpet was dirty 7. Kitchen and bathrooms floors were dirty 8. Hangers: Bedroom closet first floor: 7/20 Vacuum closet: 0/10 Upstairs bedroom #1: 1/20 Upstairs Bedroom #2: 17/20 I've stayed in many VBRO properties in my lifetime. This one was not as clean as the others. The location was perfect!

First time to Pismo Beach, and this condo was in a great location and suited my family’s needs just fine. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Mary/Marvin the hosts were excellent in communicating with us. They accommodated an earlier check-in time and offered a phone number for contact if we had any issues. The condo was nice enough and was accurately portrayed on the VRBO site. I would describe the neighborhood as "ok" and "in transition". Overall, it served our purposes.

Location location location! We parked on arrival & walked everywhere! Made notes to owner who addressed them immediately. Kitchen could use a little better supplies (many dishes chipped) but we managed & had a great visit, even barbqued for our 89 year old aunt

This place is perfect for a family of 6 or less. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the necessary cutlery to make any meal. But most important is the location. You are literally 4 small blocks from the beach and any type of restaurant you desire. Added bonus you are a 10min walk to Old West Cinnamon rolls which are so delicious.

Great location and perfect place for 4 adults and 2 children. Short walk to downtown Pismo and beach. Quiet location.

Property is clean, nice owner who responds quickly to messages, great location. Property has lots of stairs so be careful if someone in your group struggles with stairs.

The place was as advertised and easily fit 3 couples while being a short walk to downtown and the beach.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The cool breeze coming kept it cool inside so no ac was needed. The short walk to the beach and shops was great. Neighborhood was very quiet. Overall wonderful stay! Thank you.

We love the location, walking distance to the beach and downtown restaurants. Except a little noise, it is close to the hwy.

The property is exactly as advertised in the pictures with a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and well maintained and equipped. Our hosts, Mary and Marvin, communicated with us in a very timely manner with any of our questions regarding our stay. We look forward staying again in the future and would certainly recommend this condo to family and friends if they were looking to stay in Pismo Beach.

Very comfy and roomy

This house was awesome. We had 4 people staying there and it was the best spot to right our bikes to downtown pismo. Plus there was so much space in the giant garage that we could fit 2 cars and all 4 ebikes in there perfectly.

Adequate for a family of 5-6. Not fancy, paint could be updated, some of the laminate flooring wasn’t 100%, and the sliding door to the porch could only be opened or closed by lifting the whole thing up and carrying it to the side—sliding was impossible. The dishwasher wasn’t working and the owner just informed me to keep trying because housekeeping never had any problems. My husband and I both tried multiple times, multiple days. So we washed dishes by hand all weekend. (Very frustrating when you want to relax on vacation and there are only 6 dinner plates.) Only two hand towels in the kitchen, which was rough when we had to wash and dry dishes by hand. No cupboard space for food we brought, and very little counter space for meal prep. The windows were cracked open for fresh air, but there must have been a storm between the last cleaning and our arrival, as there was dirty splatter all over the open windowsills. Everything else was clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy, carpet on the newer side and clean. Only a minimal number of towels in the bathrooms. Drip coffee maker and a 1-serving Keurig. Adequate pots and pans. Granite countertops. Garage was easy to get into with our large SUV. A hose in the back was perfect for rinsing wetsuits and boogie boards. An easy walk to the beach. **Bring a water filter!! Pismo Beach water is nasty! We forgot ours and had to go to Walmart for one. Overall, the place was adequate for the price. Not perfect, but fine for a house to spread out in. Lots of stairs! “Master” bedroom on second floor with kitchen and dining, bedrooms 2&3 on third floor.

Close to downtown and campground. Could use some updates and some minor repairs.

Very nice place to stay, not too far from the beach and really nice rooms. Owner was very prompt in replying when I had a question and the check in/out was so easy!

Short walk to the beach ⛱ about 7 min. but I walk slow 🐌 downtown a block away everything close! Sooo quiet at night and comfy beds ...Highly recommend...Kitchen well supplied and nice balcony with barbecue... Just relaxing!!!

This condo is just a few blocks from the beach and downtown Pismo. It is well equipped and clean. We especially enjoyed the game closet with its collection of puzzles and books, as well as the sand toys, sun shade tent and boogie boards located in the garage closet.

Pismo is an eclectic central coast beach down and this property is located within reach of everything in Pismo. We were here to attend a college graduation at Cal Poly, so we did not spend a lot of time in the unit.

I love the weather will do it again the state was nice just needed a TV in the rooms
