Great location with wonderful beach access

Mold in shower and coffee maker. Balcony furniture literally fell apart due to rust.

Beautiful location. Excited to be able to just walk out onto the beach and overlooking the beach was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked at with dishes and everything. Had a Keurig which was great.

Some rust in the bathroom. Look more like just some seawater damage. Wasn't a big deal though. Was slightly confused about some of the communication as I was getting conversation from bakasa saying to pick up a package but then getting messages from the app saying here's how you get into the room so it didn't feel like some of the information might have been outdated or just not communicated clearly. Ended up picking up the package the next day. Luckily didn't get a parking ticket.

I loved the location and space of the unit. The king bed was cozy and comfortable 😌. The unit had all essentials needed to cook any meal.

The sofa was not comfortable and the chairs at the dining room table did not allow leg room to sit at the table for meals. I also think the owner should upgrade the TVs to smart TVs instead of old-school cable channel TVs.

We had a great trip. The location allowed easy access to all activities, the home itself was clean and comfortable, the shared indoor pool and hot tub were lovely ways to relax, and the view allowed us to have our morning coffee on the balcony watching the seagulls and dolphins. We even saw a bald eagle fly by the building! :)

The GPS had trouble finding/did not find Chesapeake House, so we used the Edgewater house when we left to find our way back.
