The first room was full of ants in the window. They changed our room. On the third day. And the room they gave my, whit the whole bathroom destroyed I wish could upload the photo so they could see it. And the second room had doble bed. When do we pay for a king bed.

The pool wasn’t available and with 3 children it was a great disappointment

There were no blackout curtains and the light from a nearby street lamp flooded the room which hindered sleep. The guest in the room above mine was pacing vigorously between 11:00 and 12:00pm. While my issue is with the other guest, I was surprised that I could hear that pacing.

The breakfast was nice. Employees were personable.

We booked online and requested a king sized bed. When we arrived, I have a service dog and was told that they put all "pets" on the first 2 floors, so because the room they reserved for us was on an upper floor, they switched us to a room on the second floor, next to the elevator, which was a double queen, and they claimed it was an upgrade. The people above us were incredibly noisy, and our bed was horrible. Neither my husband or I could get much sleep at all. The toilet ran continuously, and screeched like a cat with its tail in a door while filling! The ac/heat unit ran constantly, and there didn't seem to be much control over the temperature. Only one side had a washable filter, which was so dilapidated that the mesh had disintegrated. Lighting was dim. The other side was missing the filter completely. The entire hotel is in dire need of updating.

The night audit was great ! She greeted us right away she was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pillows were so comfy !! The morning after we went down stairs to get breakfast and the lady who did the breakfast was amazing, she greeted us with a smile and made us waffles after asking if we wanted any. She was so sweet and put a smile on everyones face.

Only real thing i wasnt thrilled about was the burn marks in the bed sheets.
