Lots of space in the room. Clean and comfortable beds. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom, but is individual.

Bad communication. The host takes time to answer and does not answer after your stay ends. I think I've forgotten an outlet adapter in the room. Asked the host but never got the answer.

Clean and cozy. Excellent for this price👍

The location is perfect for tourism - 30 minutes from Downtown, 40 from Miami Beach (via car or if you are lucky with schedules not a lot more with public transport). The beds are quite comfy and the kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The price was also OK all things considered.

However, the place is in rather poor condition, with wear and tear everywhere. Plus the cleaning standards are not at the expected level. What is more, we were promised a private bathroom but the one offered to us was on the other side of the corridor with a broken lock for the majority of our stay, so other people were also using it (and smoking in it from time to time even though the place was supposed to be non-smoking only). The overall experience was acceptable, but would not recommend it strongly.

I liked that it was spacious and big and peaceful.

I didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t in my room like I thought and it was not cold in the room. Most nights me and my friends complained about being hot.

The house looked creepy, I was under the impression that it was a 1bed room apartment not a house with 6 rooms with different families staying in there sharing 1 bathroom 1tub 1kitchen, we couldn’t even use the washer and dryer to wash our clothes and I was there for 6 nights 😔.. they really need to remodel this whole place.. plus there was no staff there I saw the clean up lady they next day she couldn’t understand what I was saying, overall I wouldn’t recommend this place
