Everything was organize and clean. People was so nice with us. Kitchen has complete equipment. Place is quiet.

There was silence in the house. We loved sitting on the patio. It was clean.

Unfortunately the weather was cold. It was very cold in the room. 🙄

the owner messaged me “ call me from the airport for pick up” but did not give me a phone number. I messaged him 4 times asking for a phone number and no response. I tried to find the location by taxi but after searching for 45 min and asking 5 different people where the address was, we gave up. the taxi driver took me to a hotel in the next town. This was a horrible and stressful experience

the common areas are cool, the backyard is beautiful by night

Need to have better furniture in the balcony and living area and seats in the rooms

everything was pretty good owner was great i was pretty upset when i couldn't get into my room but that had nothing to do with management and was very quick to respond to the situation and i thank him for that

i feel there should be a way to avoid the the complication that i had by having keys in a specific part of the house so when guests come in they don't just walk into your room and clam it for the night

Clean towels, shower accessories. Microwave, refrigerator in the room. That's all.

Termites. They are everywhere. They eat away at this house from all sides and haunt you. They crawl on the windowsills, on the floor, on the bed and climb into your things. The owners do not clean it up and their excrement lies right under the windows. They refused to return my money and invited a cleaning lady who, when I was not there, scattered all the termites on the floor. In some places, their excrement was also left. When it gets dark, all insects fly into your room through the holes that are located next to the air conditioner. These insects keep you awake and fly all over the room. The air conditioner, by the way, has not been cleaned for a long time either, and there is a layer of dust. The house itself, although beautiful in the photographs, but everything inside is old and dusty. The cleaning lady removes only visible places, and does not notice the rest and tries to hide from the eyes. Stayed in this house for 3 nights and those were the worst nights in Miami. Never book this house if you don't want to be bitten by termites and then bring them home. The owners talk about pest control, but in reality it is impossible to live there! Why haven't you covered this in previous reviews? Look at my photos, you will see everything for yourself.
