Amplia habitación, cómoda, agrable, desayuni buenisímo, agua para recargar, amables... La gente se queja de que no hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y es verdad. Pero a 15 min andando tienes el Warung Coco beach que es excelente y a solo 2 minutos sirven pollo rebozado al estilo de KFC que está muy rico también. Me encantó que la habitación estuviera dominada por la madera.

Edredón en lugar de sábana (nunca lo entenderé. Cómo en un sitio tan caluroso ponen edredón) Se escucha la oración de la mañana. Realmente molesta, porque no cantan, gritan.

明るくて・広くて・とっても清潔！エアコンもある。まさしく写真とおり。ホットシャワーも十分に出る。洋服もかけれるし、洗面台まわりも広くて、ベッドはふかふかでお部屋はとっても快適だった。テラススペースもあって、物干しもあるから、水着とかフィンとか乾かせてよき。（ほどよく日陰。）居心地よすぎて10日ほど滞在。大きなバックパックは預けて、数日どっかいってまた戻ってくる。スタッフもみんなとっても親切で、いつもお外のテーブルにいた。キッチンも使えて、冷蔵庫もあるのもいい。バイクのレンタルも新しいバイクを手配してくれる。Sengigiまでバイクで5分くらい？でも、徒歩圏内にミニマートやランドリーがあり、ビーチももちろん歩いていける。私には完璧で最高の宿だった。絶対また行く。

Very clean and minimalistic! They also have 2 very adorable and clingy cats that visit often. We stayed for a week and liked it.

Not every staff is 100% transparent with their prices, especially when it comes to renting the scooters. One of their staff quoted us a higher price with his voice shaking (75k) haha which was a dead giveaway. I believe the usual price is 70k as that was what we paid for when we extended. An additional 5k isn’t a big deal but we do wish for more transparency. There’s also no daily housekeeping though we didn’t explicitly asked for it. Ps. Please also avoid doing your laundry at the nearby shops. They’re the most expensive laundry we’ve ever done. We paid 140k for 3+kg and same day laundry service. It’s 25-40k per kg. Other places further out is about 5-10k per kg (go to those 10 mins away near the KFC Sengigi branch).

La habitación era realmente cómoda y el sitio súper bonito. Rentan motos por 70k y están muy bien. Cama cómoda y desayuno rico aunque un poco escaso.

Uno de los chicos llamo a un coche para llevar a unas chicas de senggigi a Kuta y nosotros nos unimos para que fuese más barato para todos y solo por ser dos.mas nos quiso subir el precio del coche al doble!!! Un robo! Al final solo nos subió 50k más pero me parece que se pasan un poco robando al turista. Es el mismo trayecto y la misma gasolina!

The room was very comfortable, but I personally prefer to have a fan, or at least to have the choice. The temperatures were not that hot while I was there, so A/C was definitely not necessary, but there's no way to move the air at night as there are no windows other than the main glass door, which you need to close when sleeping. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and did everything they could to make my stay a good one. Fatta was really helpful and kind, and another guy, (I don't think I ever got his name, but he always addressed me by name), was also very friendly. They have a REALLY good team there. Very impressive! The location is ok as long as you have a scooter, but you ABSOLUTELY need a scooter! There aren't really any restaurants or cafes around the guesthouse. (Maybe there are some little local warungs, but I personally didn't see any.) But that's the strange thing; there really aren't all that many cafés or restaurants to choose from in Senggigi overall. I had to try 5 places before I successfully found a place with a working coffee machine in order to get a European style coffee. I finally found a few really nice places-(3 restaurants/bars side by side)-on the beach just beyond the town to sit and have a cafe latte and relax, so I went there each day, but that was about it! (Google: Bamboo Café or Jo Jo Bungalows Café.) Senggigi is a very strange place. It looks a bit like a ghost town, at least during the day. There are some MASSIVE, super high-end resorts in the area, and some little guesthouses like Sammy's, etc., and then there's the town with some restaurants and small bars, but that's about all. It looks like it was once a thriving area, but apparently the earthquake in 2018-(which they have still not fully recovered from)-and then the final blow of Covid really did this place in.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast served at Sammy Cottages. There was only one option, which was a bit frustrating for 3 days. It was one egg, (it was supposed to be poached, but it was more like hardboiled), toast, some fruit, and there was coffee, but no milk for the coffee. In 31 years of traveling I have never encountered that! I bought my own milk, no big deal, but that was definitely odd.
