Te cobran un cargo en la habitación de $488 llegando al hotel por seguridad según ellos, seguridad de que ?? Si eran 2 noches y 2 personas en la habitación, el dinero sería devuelto al hacer el check out, hoy es martes desde el domingo a las 10 am hicimos check out y el dinero aún no llega sin contar que me aparece más dinero cobrado en la cuenta, estoy en espera que el dinero llegue para ver El desayuno no me gustó para nada, el huevo hervido frío en hielo y con cáscara, solo había panes mantequilla, revoltillos, algunas frutas, yogurt y jugo, no había jamón queso, no había mucha variedad, para lo pequeño que es el hotel y buffet creo que estaba bien, pero el precio de la comida en el bar y la comida está súper rara no hay mucha variedad Veo un poco caro el hotel para lo que ofrece

Não gostei do sofá cama, pois somos em 4 na familia, então 3 pessoas dormiram na cama e meu marido dormiu no sofá cama e tbem achei o ar condicionado muito forte, saimos com gripe de lá!

Nothing. Dirty and raggedy the bed was absolutely horrible they would not change us to get us a firm because. The hotel was very dirty and we actually saw roaches in the room by the refrigerator. Minus 5 stars. Whoever pumped up this place online was not customers. Today we were disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. We complained and they would pick up the phone not speak and just hang up. Horrible. No water pressure and the breakfast was cheap and gross. Shame on you!!!! I’m going to write corporate a letter about this and copy every single veterans organization and we took photos. I’m shocked! Minus 5 stars across the board and your people refused to give me a Moffitt hospital discount which is why we were in town. We changed from the downtown hotel to the hotel out by your property in Busch Gardens area of Tampa . My critique is below on that property heading!

Pool was small but its a nice area. So many things are close by and within walking distance. The room had a great view and was very clean. Overall really good experience.

Tough to find seating for breakfast Also the valet process was a nightmare! We were waiting with 40+ (I counted) other people for over 40 minutes for our car. Several people said that the valet text service had told them there was no one available to get their car. Luckily we had nowhere pressing to be but there were plenty of upset people out there and the crowd kept getting bigger somehow. There needs to be an option for getting your own car if the valet service can't keep up. People had flights to catch etc...

Breakfast was amazing. View from room was great. Spacious rooms and bed. Comfortable space, quiet. Great amenities. Location was perfect.

I wish cleaning crew came to clean our room at least once during our stay. (We stayed for 2 nights)

At night we were at the pool and fire place and a staff came and said “OK folks let’s rap this up the pool is closed” then proceeded to begin turning off the lights. I thought that was kind of rude. I read the reviews and thought this hotel was next to the river walk. It’s like 4 blocks down. The valet too 40 min to bring the car, even though we used the scan code 10 before going down as instructed.

The property was very clean and good location to everything.

Super Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Parking 38 Dollar pro Nacht ziemlich teuer. Bestes Frühstück, das wir in Florida hatten. Habe das Hotel viel zu früh gebucht über Booking und deshalb 250 Dollar pro Nacht bezahlt, hätte ich es spontan gebucht, wäre es einiges günstiger gewesen für die ganze Familie.

Sehr ringhörig. In einer Nacht habe ich den TV von nebenan gehört und auch den Strassenlärm hörten wir im 8. Stock sehr gut.

The location was perfect for us! Our room was spacious and clean with a nice view. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast next morning. Also, the staff, especially Maria at the front desk, were all very helpful and friendly.

Our room was a bit too cool for us but there were not any additional blankets in the room and the Thermostat didn’t seem to be adjustable. Had we been staying longer, I would’ve had it checked for additional nights.

War ein schönes Hotel an zentraler Lage Zimmer waren ok , aber nicht Speziell gross. Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt.

Das frühstück war mager und limitiert. Auch waren die warmen Speisen kalt.

On check-in staff didn't offer maps of area....had to ask. Our room was clean but lacking hand soap in the bathroom The water dispensers in the lobby were empty more than they were filled during our stay Food in the restaurant was great......However food was slow to come out (30-40 minutes) 1 hour delay for the valet to get car out on Sunday 4/21......not okay, since was charged $38/day to park without easy access to our vehicle.

I reserved a two beds room, but got a one bed room

The location was great as it was really near the medical facilities & airport. Really in the middle of the city! Food at hotel; breakfast was okay, dinner was quite good! They changed towels/rags frequently in room. Front desk personnel were very helpful!

Hmm... can't say I disliked anything about the hotel, however, only valet parking was available and was almost $40 per night! We walked around nearby hotel, but it was difficult finding decent food.

I didn't like anything. I called and emailed the hotel requesting a room on the lowest floor possible due to a medical reason. When we arrived we were told that we were on the 12th floor. I explained what was going on medically, and the woman at check-in glared at me. We got stuck on an elevator for 40 minutes after this. The elevator should have been shut down, because we had found out, and then later saw this happen to other people, that this is a problem. Do not use elevator 1 in this hotel. The fire department had to rescue us. While on this elevator, the elevator company told us that we needed to call 911 from the elevator because their engineer was busy. It was also difficult to communicate with the elevator company because the speaker is at knee level not at face level on the elevator. When speaking to the manager about this elevator needing to be shut down, he simply replied, "Thank You." The whole situation was a debacle, and due to the medical reason, being stuck on an elevator, was horrible. The staff has no empathy nor concern for its customers. It is illogical and dangerous that this hotel will not shut down the elevator. We spoke to someone from the fire department, and they told us that they are called frequently. Breakfast is a cattle call. Make sure you get down there before 9:00 A.M. There are not enough utensils. The staff really does not want to take the time to help you out with directions, etc. It was a horrible experience. Spend your money with another hotel.

lo mejor fue la ubicacion del hotel y el confort de las instalaciones

el servicio de valet parking, al llegar tuvimos que hacer una cola y demoramos como 20 min en poder ingresar. El costo del valet (40 US por noche) no estaba incluido en la tarifa del hospedaje y al hacer el check out tuvimos que esperar 45 min para que nos entregaran el auto.

The room layout and the bathroom was too small

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown, with the staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money, location, and free wifi all deserving a top rating. Every aspect of my stay was outstanding, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable business trip.

The only area that fell short was the breakfast, which, while adequate, didn't quite meet the high standards set by the other services.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Dá pra ir andando pro Riverwalk. Os quartos são bons também.

O café da manhã é muito cheio, ao ponto do hotel pedir que você tome café da manhã em horários alternativos. Forma-se fila para pegar comida. A variedade é mais ou menos. Hotel muito cheio.
