the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, the vertical blinds were missing about 8 slats, making it uncomfortable as it faces the road. did not like the location

easy access to get in the unit, close to the Ottawa boarder, very clean, and lots of towels, very well stocked with supplies, free parking on site

Pull out sofa bed was awful and not comfortable at all & no blankets for the sofa bed The freezer did not work properly, we could not get water to freeze into ice and anything that we had to put in the freezer obviously did not stay frozen

The price was good for this apartment, it was cute and cozy. A 10 min walk to the Alexandra bridge with beautiful scenery. The unit had a kitchenette if you are interested in making your own meals. There is also a washer and dryer if you need.

This unit was advertised as sleeps up to 4 guest. I’d say no, only 2. The sofa bed was awful, you could feel every spring in the mattress. When we unfolded it their was a bunch of particles on the mattress. I wasn’t sure if the sheets were cleaned so we remade it. The blind in the living room by where the sofa bed was, was missing 3/4 panels. This meant anyone outside could look in, especially with the lights on. I ended up throwing a sheet over the blind for privacy. The shower drain seems like it needs to be drained because water would accumulate by the drain. The TV kept loosing signal. The first night we msgd the number listed for assistance but no reply. I called the next day and someone came.
