My husband & I took a quick trip to Helen during Christmas market. Very cute place & we couldn’t ask for a better location.It’s an easy walking distance to everything & perfect location to walk to shops & restaurants & return to the room to drop off purchases. Lovely clean room & plenty of space with many beautiful details throughout including a fireplace. We do have some suggestions to make future stays a little more comfortable. Parking is $10 per day which we were not aware of at booking. Finding our room was a little confusing but by comparing the pictures in the listing we took a chance & walked up the stairs which were white & not like the pictures. We suggest adding 3B/name of BNB on the door or at the bottom of stairs It rained the entirety of our stay & there were no hooks to hang our wet raincoats or to hang clothes. Bathroom is nice but small & dark with low water pressure. The barn door is cute but there is little privacy so I would definitely share the room with someone you’re very comfortable with. ;) The bed is extra soft which I’m sure is OK for others but for those of us who need a firmer mattress for our backs it’s something to be aware of. The alley lights were bright at night so adding shades to block out that light would be helpful None of these suggestions would keep us from returning but I did want to share our thoughts so others could know more when they book. We absolutely enjoyed our stay & do recommend it but wanted to be honest in our review.

Great accommodations for quick get away. Went to see Christmas decorations. Central location was perfect, right in the center of town. Room had all the amenities advertised..

We loved our weekend getaway. Perfect location and a comfy place for the family. We enjoyed being able to see the sites, and swing in for some rest before enjoying our evening. Would definitely stay here again.

This B & B is tucked away off of the Main Street in the center of the town! Even though you are in the thick of Helen’s activities, the room felt very private! It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend and to enjoy all that Helen has to offer! Barry was great and the breakfast and coffee was a wonderful addition! The room was amazing and we will be back!

We had a wonderful visit! The location was central to everything. The room was quiet and comfortable. The crepes at Barry’s restaurant were delicious! Barry was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

It was smack dab in the middle of town, yet no outside noises. Above a crepe shop that provided free breakfast. It was adorably decorated. Had heated towel rack, heat lamp stepping out of the shower, big screen TV, comfy comfy bed, attentive property manager, plenty of City parking at a minimum fee per day. It was just the most awesome experience I've probably ever had and the cutest place that had everything you could need.

My husband and I took a quick weekend trip to Helen and we found this B&B. It was great! Perfect location, clean and exactly for what we wanted. It took a minute to find it because we were not familiar with the area and there wasn't a map or an aerial view. The bed was the top of the line mattress and if you like a soft bed, this is the bed for you. If you prefer a firm mattress like I do, it was a little harder to sleep but that is a personal preference. The breakfast was awesome, crepes yum!! Over all 5 out of 5.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to have a fun weekend. The town is really cute and we loved walking up the cobblestone ally to get to our little room. It was perfect. Great communication from the host too!

We loved how close we were to everything. It was our first time in Helen. Cute town and what’s even better, I got proposed here! We’ll definitely be back for sure!

This was our first time in Helen and this was the perfect spot. You’re in the center of everything but still tucked away from the busy streets. It was perfect.

The unit was great and the location couldn't be beat. The crepe house was also a great treat, and I can't say enough how how kind Barry was!

Very pretty and cozy condo right in the heart of alpine Helen! Park your car and no reason to move it for the weekend. Convenient, clean, warm, and easy check in/out. Highly recommended for a couple that wants a little break and ease of access to all Helen has to offer!

A little hard to find parking to get there but once I spoke to the people in the crape shope it was fine. Very clean, warm atmosphere, and wonderful shopping

Perfect location for my wife and myself to get away to. Very clean and comfortable apartment and literally just steps away from anything and everything you could ask for in Helen. Our first trip to Helen and we definitely will go back.

We had a great time in downtown Helen. This Bnb is truly within easy walking of many shops, restaurants, and parks. Our dog was welcomed and a well equipped room with a shower and bathroom accommodated all of our needs.

This property is perfect! Super clean, and convenient, and the breakfast that comes with it is fabulous. Barry is super nice and helpful, a great host. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I were absolutely charmed by this upstairs flat right in the middle of Helen, across from Helen Square. The property was beautifully decorated and super-clean. We will return for sure!

My wife and I had a great time at this little BnB in North GA. If you have never visited Helen, GA, it’s worth a trip during Oktoberfest. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was awesome, the shops were really cool, especially with the Arts and Crafts fair in town - there was also a little hiking nearby to really replenish the soul. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and in the absolute best location… in the middle of activity! Plus you’ll get a wonderful daily treat at the Village Crepe Haus just for staying here. When we come back to visit, we’ll be sure to stay at this BnB again!

If you are looking to be in the middle of all the Helen/Oktoberfest fun this is the place to stay! It doesn’t get closer than this! Walking distance to everything! My husband and I had a great anniversary trip! Barry was easily accessible and the room itself had so much character! We will 100% stay here again!

After a little confusing with checking in and a small oversight by the cleaning team everything was great. Barry addressed our little issue quickly and it was resolved. The Crepes were delicious but recommend going early for breakfast or the line is out the door and there is limited seating inside. Can’t beat the location for walking the Main Street and checking out the shops and local restaurants.

Loved this place! It was so cute and my little dog could get on the loveseat and watch the people walk by below. It was too hot to have him out and about with us very much, so the spot was ideal. Everything you want is just steps away and yet it is quiet, cool, and calm up in the room. Try the Santa Fe crepe downstairs and Bodensee for a nice sit-down dinner.

This property is in a perfect location! It’s such a cute loft. The food provided, downstairs, at the Village Crepe Haus was delicious! We will definitely be visiting again. A few small things that would make the stay even better: a latch on the bathroom door would be nice because the door naturally rolls open randomly and pulling up on the main door to get it to lock was inconvenient, neither issue would keep us away. Just suggestions.

Excellent room. Excellent location

Such a wonderful, cute little place. We enjoyed being in the middle of it all to walk around but go back to the room when we needed a break. The meal at the crepe haus was great! One small downside was no coffee pods for the keurig and at first was a little difficult to get a hold of owner but once we arrived there was good response.

Fantastic room and location, could not have asked for anything better. Comfortable bed. Can walk to everything.

Our stay was amazing! In the heart of the little town within walking distance to everything. The crepe breakfast downstairs was amazing. The people were so nice everywhere. Hoping to be back for hot air balloon festival!
