Great place to stay for 3 generations!

We love this beach and the house was clean and priced perfectly! The owner is the kindest and very easy to communicate with!

The owner is quick to communicate and answer any questions. The house itself is in great condition. Very clean. My kids loves having access to Netflix and Disney+ on the t.v. The wifi was strong and supported our large group. We didn't hear any neighbors and had enough space to spread out. There's lots of beds and places to sleep. The AC works great! Which is a huge plus! There was a kayak, boogie boards, and sand toys for us to use. Which we really appreciated! I would recommend bringing bug spray, we had to run into town for some. As soon as the sun goes down the mosquitos are terrible. There are also biting flies in the early morning (the bites don't itch just sting a little). So we avoided the beach in the early morning and evenings. That has more to do with the location, not the house itself. It's a 20 min drive into town. Playa Encanto is beautiful! The beach felt very private. There wasn't a lot of people and noise around and it was a holiday weekend when we were there. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay here to stay!! We look forward to coming back!!

We love it here. The place is a perfect size for 2 or many. Everything you need and the ocean is right outside , literally steps away. Nice quiet beach where your not hearing just water sounds . You hear the waves crash and move. We definitely will be back! Thanks guys for letting us stay !

We spent five nights and six days with friends and had an excellent time we cooked fabulous meals walked on the beach snorkeled watched the ocean went golfing watched the stars at night this was so nice of a location and had everything we needed. Liad is an exceptional host and responded quickly with any questions we had thanks so much

We always rent houses in Playa Encanto or Las Conchas when making a trip to Rocky Point. The house was clean, all of the basic amenities were available, and location is great. Communication with the owner was on point and we had no issues finding or checking into the property. This property is connected on both sides to identical houses so it is not a stand alone house but is more like a duplex. The only thing we didn’t like was that the bedroom which has the queen bed was built into the garage as a casita and does not have a connected bathroom. If staying in that room you have to walk across the courtyard to the main house to use the restroom. Otherwise this is a great house right on the beach and was perfect for our vacation.

It was great experience, it’s 20-30 min away from rocky point. We went In January so the weather is still a little cold but we enjoyed our stay, we were able to explore the beach, they provide lots of sand toys and literally everything you need for the kids so all you need to bring is your clothes. We brought food to cook there and found they they provided all the cooking utensils we needed. The check in was super easy and we didn’t have to make contact with anyone which is nice during COVID.

Great week at Liad’s beach house! Step right off the patio into the sand, and I was quite impressed with how well the WiFi worked. I always love staying in this community! The only thing I wished the house had was a full size refrigerator but we made do :)

Security guards are really doing a good job, the area is very quiet, the roof top terrace is a picture perfect location for those spectacular captures of the sunset. Owner was very easy to communicate with, allowing to get help anytime. I'd come stay over and over!

Liad and Mj were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. This place was so beautiful inside and out! Plenty of activities to do for kids that they have at the beach house. Plenty of room and have all the accessories needed. This was our first trip to Mexico and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect! Will definitely recommend and be using in the future! Beautiful and safe property. ❤ The house is spacious and everything you'll need is provided. The showers have great water pressure. We loved going on early walks on the beach. Our girls had an amazing time. Town was fun to explore. The owners provide great customer support. They were quick to answer any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful place exactly on the beach we love - Playa Encanto - we were outside all the time enjoying the sound of the ocean . I came into town for a wedding, and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. They thought of everything. Unlike many beach front homes at Puerto Penasco we were given access to all the home offered. The home was clean and ready when we arrived. I can't say enough about the hospitality and communication from the property manager Liad. The final day our car broke down. Although we got a ride home with family friends, Liam offered his own car as a solution. I would definitely rent again and refer to friends.

The house was awesome! Good price and value. There is room for more than one family and they have amenities to enjoy. Best of all the beach is only steps away!
