We had an amazing stay at the pool house and would fully recommend it. It is perfectly placed for a range of days out and the pool and hot tub are fantastic additions. Having full Sky and Netflix TV was brilliant. The  house itself is very clean and well done out and is much bigger inside than I imagined. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and we will most certainly return.

3 night weekend stay with fishing

Good fun swimming in pool and fishing on lakes, children had a great time and staff are very friendly and helpful. would go back again.

Love the pool houses new refurbishment. All mod cons plus even spare room bed had a sim a mattress.

Quiet and relaxing

Me, my daughter and her two sons stayed in The pool House for 2 nights.

The owners couldn’t have done more for us, friendly, approachable and generous to a tee. will most definitely be returning for a longer stay.

We had a great stay making full use of the lovely warm pool and super hot tub. The chalet was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed visiting Old Kiln Lakes and it was lovely to wake up to a view of horses each morning.

The welcome guide and instructions were very clear. Gary popped in not long after we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was immaculate and very warm - weather wasn’t co-operating so it was nice the kids could still swim and enjoy themselves. The garden was a lovely place to be, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in. We had the boot room as a small bedroom for the kids, and the main room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well appointed.

A wonderful place to relax in the midst of a horse farm. A beautiful heated swimming pool that we loved starting the day in, as well as other times. An awesome hot tub to end the evening in. Smart & modern facilities, comfortable large bed, plenty of wardrobe space if you are staying for a week. Great walks around the farm & into & through the hamlet. Peaceful & quiet even though it is a working farm. Would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely place and surroundings. So nice to have a properly comfortable bed. The only negatives were that the property decoration was a bit tired and the shower had very low pressure. Everything else was great and access to the fishing lake was a bonus. Thanks to Gary for providing such a good experience for us.

Well, what can I Say. We booked the Pool House for a short break for the two of us and our two elderly dogs. We all had a great time. Although in the middle of the farm, the Pool House was very secluded and not overlooked, it is most "Doggy Friendly'. The living accommodation was amazing, all mod cons and an excellent SKY HD package and surround sound system, with a great comfy bed. The Kitchen had everything that was required . The Pool is large and was very warm. We were in and out of it all the time. The Jacuzzi was the best we had ever been in, it maintained a great temperature and the bubbles were amazing. We had some nice pottering walks down at the carp lake, all very pleasant. Our Host Gary was great, ever so helpful and attentive when he was needed. This was a treat for us, and we will be looking to come back in due course, which is not something we usually do, go to the same place again. We also had an evening meal at the Monday night 'fish and chip' van in Chinnor. Tiago's it was called. Never done that before. It served a very nice, Cod and Chips. All in all a Fantastic three night stay. Thankyou Andrew and Joyce

We have just spent a week at The Pool House with our teenage son and our little dog , we have thoroughly enjoyed our time there , the pool was lovely and warm and the hot tub was excellent, the chalet had everything we needed including a seriously comfy bed !!And of course we were very blessed with the hot weather.The owner Gary was very friendly it was nice to meet him and have a chat with him , I would highly recommend a stay at The Pool House , I am sure we will return there .

Very welcoming hosts and comprehensive info pack. Had a great stay here as there are loads of places to go and see. Peacock pub 10 mins walk does great food. Accomodation very comfortable. Pool and hot-tub are excellent extras.

I loved staying here. First of all the house and the garden is very clean. Also, I found everything in the kitchen to cook. The hot tub was really nice either. I highly recommend this place.

This is an extremely well equipped retreat. Gary was a very considerate host who communicated brilliantly with us even before we arrived. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and shown how to use the factilies. We were then left to enjoy our stay. Unfortunately the English weather was not on our side (even with it being August!) but that didn't stop us from having a lovely stay and making full use of the hot tub and heated swimming pool. It was lovely being able to wander around the onsite lake and venture out to the nearby pub for a drink too. Would highly recommend & will hopefully be returning on some warmer days (fingers crossed). Jim & Jo

We had an amazing vacation! The kids swam in the pool every day while we enjoyed the hot tub. The pool house was clean, comfortable, and private. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great getaway for family!

I arrived fairly late in the evening and Gary was there to greet me and get me settled. The place is nice and clean. The bed is a very comfortable memory foam. The kitchen is new and we'll equipped. The large hot tub worked flawlessly. Would definitely stay here again.

We both really enjoy our stay at the pool house it was so relaxing there would definitely stay again. Can't fault it .

Good accommodation, very nice owner Gary made us feel welcome. Lovely views and walks nearby. The Peacock serve good food and the portions are large!
