A magnificent location with fabulous amenities in a comfy updated environment. Our group of 7 made good use of the outdoor deck with tables, chairs and gas grill. Spectacular view. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to have a meal ready with little effort. We enjoyed the dining table for games and meals.

My daughters college graduation brought us to this rental which was a great fit for us. We enjoyed our morning and night views of the city. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

It is a lovely home with great views and amenities. There are two hang out areas and a game room. It is very close to downtown as well.

This rental is phenomenal. So many good things to say about our stay. We rented the main house and the guest house/loft. Three stayed there, and 6 adults and 1 yr old baby stayed in main house. This place has everything you could ever need. High chair, crib, pack and play, stroller were all provided, which was so helpful. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers (even travel size shampoo, conditioner and soaps were there if needed). The kitchen is AMAZING, with everything you could need. Cooked our Thanksgiving meal there. The view is spectacular. The host, Diana, was so responsive if we had questions. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Rent! You will not be disappointed.

Our family stayed here for a wedding in Prescott. Three generations all had good experiences here, and we were able to rent the adjacent property for a relative. It was the best place imaginable for a family with a toddler and a preschooler. Our host was so accommodating and furnished useful items and even toys for the young children upon request. The children's room is near the luxurious master bedroom and had a crib and a day bed. Third bathroom is convenient to the living room and places where people gather - and handy for little guys. It even has a toddler seat tucked under the regular toilet seat. Our host furnished a pack n play (portable crib), a high chair, gates to guard the stairs, and several other items that were very useful to parents flying in from out of state. Loan of an insulated cooler helped us take juice and items to keep the little ones going through three days of wedding events. The grands woke up early, and they were absolutely delighted with their pick of toys from the toy room to keep them occupied and engaged while the sun rose and elders sipped coffee. We grandparents are pretty fit, so we chose to put the parents in the master bedroom next to the children and picked a basement room with a very comfortable queen bed and our own bathroom. We thought it might be a challenge to carry our luggage down the narrow stairs, but we had no trouble after that. Access to the downstairs bathroom is through a room with two full beds, so when the kids no longer need a crib, they and their parents would stay down below. The whole place is very clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully supplied - there was even some laundry detergent for the new washer and dryer. There's a card room, a living room upstairs and den downstairs, and even a hot tub just outside. The spacious kitchen and dining areas and the large deck all have views of Granite Mountain and Prescott, and at night the view of the lights and the stars was stunning. What a great place to stay as our family gathered for our son's wedding! We hope to plan another reunion in the future, and this attractive home would be big enough for all of us.

Came for a senior softball tournament. Accommodations were excellent. Particularly enjoyed the decor. It was very well appointed. Details, whoever thinks to supply lemon verbena hand soap.

This home is amazing. We had 6 people ranging in age from 30 to 70 and all of us had an amazing time. *The view was everything and more that we were anticipating. *The house was so comfortable to be in. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds. *The kitchen is very well stocked and laid out great. The TV selection was great and the internet worked great. *The hot tub was enjoyed in the morning over breakfast and in the evening while having cocktails after cruising the down town area. There is an awesome view of the mountains from the patio deck. There are so many good restaurants it was hard to pick one. Diana the host was amazing in responding quickly to questions. She has the house stocked with everything you could want. We all agreed that this would be on our list to stay at again if we get back to Prescott again. The property was perfect for us , we had 6 guys visit after bowling in Vegas , stayed 3 nights it was a $10 uber ride to downtown late night $20 cab ride back , where there was plenty of Saloons and restaurants and shops

We had the greatest time with our daughters, nephew and niece. We came for the Whiskey Off Road mountain bike race and absolutely loved all that Prescott had to offer and this was the perfect home for our families!

Stayed here with my family for a few nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Great backyard views from the deck and hot tub, comfortable beds, overall great set up for our family. It was nice to have a crib for our baby in her own room, the kitchen had what we needed re: cookware and utensils, and we took advantage of the nice hot tub for some good relaxation. Convenient quick drive into town for groceries and whatnot. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is truly paradise in Prescott! I brought my family for a long weekend getaway. There was the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and plenty of space to hang out and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped for our Italian family to cook and gather. Everyone, ages 64 to 1 years old enjoyed themselves. I must comment on how accommodating the residence was for my two grandchildren, 5.5 and 1. There were multiple strollers, a high chair, and so many toys for all ages! AND, a baby gate on the stairs. That was unexpected but greatly appreciated and a real treat! So, if you are traveling with children this place is perfect. The views are unbelievable and the house is in top notch shape! One last thing worth noting is how close the drive is to the downtown area. It was so quick and easy to get to shopping, food, and fun. We can’t wait to come back. The owner was very kind and responsive to our questions. Look no further if you are considering a clean, luxurious, and inviting home to relax. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

This home is beautiful in every sense of the word. Diana was so sweet throughout the process and answered every question I had throughout the way. Spectacular views, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect girls weekend. Definitely will be back at some point with the family, especially since this is such a family friendly home! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Diana's home. It was a great place to accommodate a large group. The view was beautiful especially while sitting in the jacuzzi. We loved this house! Great kitchen for gathering. It's in the perfect location, bordering on the forest and the town. You can be in town or out in the wilderness in a matter of minutes. We got lucky and had snow for our family dream Christmas vacation week. The owner even left us a dozen donuts at check in.

This was a perfect place to get together and celebrate after our son’s graduation. Amenities were good and house was close to everything we needed. Excellent communication from owners. Thank you!

This house was perfect. We traveled with our littles but it would have been great with any group. The view was unreal. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would love to stay again, anytime!

We had 5 adult and 3 kids stay for a family wedding in Prescott. This home was perfect for us all! I spend a lot of time inspecting pictures, reading descriptions and reviews when I make a decision of where to stay and this home was exactly as described! It had everything we needed and we could not have been more pleased!

Beautiful location that was both private and easy access to town. The rooms were spacious, however, be aware that two of the bedrooms are downstairs with a smaller stairway. If you have anyone traveling with you that has mobility issues they will be in upstairs bedrooms. Another happy note… hot showers and doughnuts!

Probably the worst experience we’ve ever had renting a house. From the very first night and on it was an uncomfortable experience. We got a noise complaint, I was unsure why so I explained myself and was told “my story” didn’t line up with the Ring Door Bell camera (even though it did). On two separate occasions neighbors came out to tell how annoying it was that the owners rented their house out and ruined the otherwise quiet neighborhood. We canceled the last couple gatherings we had planned with family out of state because of how uncomfortable it was to be there. The morning after me and my husband got married the male owner walked into the yard and told us “that at the very least we could shut the hot tub lid” we tried to apologize and tell him we didn’t know that ran electricity and he wouldn’t even acknowledge us or speak back. It was by the worst the experience we’ve ever had and I highly suggest if you’re looking for a more friendly environment and nice Prescott experience you go elsewhere. We’re locals and have never had this much of an issue renting houses around here for when our out of town family comes to Prescott before.

The house is darling and decorated with style, meticulously clean and the view is gorgeous. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi each night. This is a perfect family getaway, very kid friendly and the host was accommodating and considerate.
