This is really a lovely home. It was very clean, everything worked well, and it was in a good location. We did have an issue with a smoke detector beeping incessantly in the basement. The problem was that the basement isn't accessible to guests, so we had to put up with the noise for a couple of days. Other than that, it was a great stay.

With eight people staying in the house the space was perfect and we never felt crowded. Only minutes away from food shopping, downtown Roswell, and the Catahoochee Nature Preserve, there were sights to see and things to do. Really made our mini reunion special since we were able to be together. Thank you!

I could not recommend this home more strongly. From the moment we booked this rental, the property manager was extremely responsive. The home was just as expected. Beautifully and artfully arranged. And extremely comfortable. Plenty of everything. Towels, bedding, etc. The pool is not heated but the owner was very clear about that being the case. That would be one desire. Overall excellent!

I could not recommend this home more strongly. From the moment we booked this rental, the property manager was extremely responsive. The home was just as expected. Beautifully and artfully arranged. What a great place to stay! The house is wonderful and the kitchen has been updated very well. Lots of room for everything that needs to be done. The screened in porch and the pool are excellent bonuses to have. Only complaints are that the kitchen wasn’t super well stocked with appliances and extras, and the driveway is extremely steep and a little hard to back out of, but these were both easy to overcome. We would definitely stay here again, and would consider buying the place if we ever saw a for sale sign!

Nice house that has been updated - family stayed while we were in town for a PG baseball tournament. Pool was great to have for the boys to swim each day. Management Company was very responsive to any needs/questions we had.
