Great location and communication with property management. House had everything we needed and more. Game room is great! 6 bedrooms not 7 but there is a 7th bed space - closet sized with bunk bed. Would stay again for sure!

The location to the beach and access to shopping is fantastic. We had a great time with family and felt there was plenty of room for 15 people. The game/media room was great for adults and kids. We were surprised to find that there was only one set of washers/dryers because the listing said two when we booked (it has since been updated online). There are definitely some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed and the kitchen could use a few more cooking items, but we were still able to enjoy our vacation. Communication with the company was great, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

This house was perfect for us! We’ve rented 5 houses in Destin and this is the first one we would consider returning to. In addition to the house having all the great things shown in the pictures, the kitchen is very well stocked and since we only ate out once, that was very important to us. Our granddaughter was with us and we noticed when she was crawling she was getting very dirty. I reached out and the next morning they came and mopped the whole main level for us! There was some damage we noticed that might be from previous rain and when I let Michael know, he sent someone over immediately to take a look and fix the problem. We also paid for heating the pool but being the last week of September, it wasn’t really needed and Michael and Freya communicated with us that they wanted us to test it out and if we decided it wasn’t necessary they would be happy to refund us! Every step of the way, they were responsive, attentive, checked in on us during the week and handled every situation with great integrity! Lots of great memories were made on this trip!!

Check in: The easiest process. Although the pass code is long it was super easy to remember. You cannot get in early via the code the door starts working at 4 pm no sooner or later. The house itself is beautiful. There are somethings that need a little TLC - cabinets and maybe landscaping but other than that I have 0 complaints. We rented a gold cart for the week which you can take just about anywhere. The location is perfect. Lastly, the bunk closet. Don't account this as somewhere to sleep for adults, this is a perfect spot for young children.

We had such a wonderful family vacation! Our group included 7 adults, 2 children and an infant. We LOVED: - The size of the house! We all fit at the table, around the couch, plenty of living space. (It would be snug with 20!) - The proximity to the beach... it was so convenient. - The garage game room (although it was HOT) - Communication with the owners before and during our trip was fantastic! I was well informed! We WISH: - There was outside seating area for the full group. There are lots of smaller areas to sit, but not conducive to the full group. - The house needed some refreshing, just small things. It certainly didn't ruin our vacation, nor did we ask for them to be repaired, but for the price we expected a bit more attention to detail. - While the size of the kitchen was so nice, we desperately wanted a frying pan that didn't stick and a knife that cut. If you plan on cooking, bring some stuff from home. Overall, this was a great house for a family vacation! We made memories that will last forever.

This house is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly ! From the game room to the pool there was lots of stuff to keep the kids entertained and is a very short walk across the street to the beach !

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely perfect!!! Awesome location and the game room was a great addition for the young adults!! I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!! Freya was a pleasure to work with as well!

It was a nice house, and patio and pool with a great location to the beach

We get to house , code didnt work , toook awhile to get in then area were dirty but not horrible. Then we get given a golf cart to make up for all the minor flaws. Then middle of middle of week we have to pack up which with all the stuff we had and food and older people having to go up and down stairs to get theyre luggage and stuff we were moved to another home 2 blocks away We finally after loosing a whole day having to move our stuff set back up we lost a whole dayof vacation due to a roof job being scheduled during our stay . Even the neighbors were shocked to see all the trouble we went through . Get to other house not half the parking get a warning forom code enforcement due to we needed parking so had to load our bikes and load our trailers to keep from being harassed again . The cleaning crew with amanda was fine but we basically lost 2 days of vacation due to having to pack and unpack and move and being harassed then being texted everyday to make sure we know when to leave . I would not suggest the company at all. Not a good experience. We even had one couple in family due to the small rooms in 2nd house packed up halfway during this fiasco and drive all the way home 3 days into vacation. So unhappy with this vacation. We traveled for Spring Break and had a wonderful stay. The house has an open living/dining area which we enjoyed, very spacious for my 1yr old to run around. The game room was a hit with the games and movie theater. Pool was heated perfectly and the house is in a great location with easy beach access. The property management checked in throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well which I thought was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!!

Overall the home was great with a couple exceptions, not enough towels for 20 people and only 2 dish towels for the week. We would stay again.

Micheal and Freya made sure all was taken care of prior to the east check in. The house is great, has a few odd issues, but what house doesn’t. Is very spacious, had what we needed. The heated pool was great esp with the subpar weather a couple days. The addition of the movie theater was a huge hit! The kids and adults both really enjoyed. Would recommend staying here to everyone.

The house was perfect for our large family. The attached guest house was perfect for our son and wife with their toddler child. Having the large driveway was a blessing. The game room was awesome. The house couldn’t have been any better.

This house had everything a family or group of friends need to have a fabulous vacation. Sitting by the private pool at any hour day or night was so much fun. Sitting on the balcony have a wonderful view of the beach.

Great location with easy access to the beach Loved the heated pool , bunk room, carriage house and games room. The main living/kitchen area is large and a fun gathering spot Washers/dryers/appliances all worked well 2nd fridge in the game room was used for drinks Things to add : More hooks for towels in bathrooms and towel bars More dressers/drawer space needed in some of the bedrooms Deadbolts on the front door and carriage house Kitchen was well equipped but missing small spoons / potato masher. Had a great time but needs some cosmetic work around the pool and fence. Thank you for a fun family vacation.

We made do with what worked It was clean but needed repairs on quite a few things.

We had a great week at this property. It could use some TLC on the outside and a few things inside needs repaired but overall we had everything we needed inside including lots of space for everyone. The pool with heated option, game room and 2 washer and dryers were some of our favorite things. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals for a large group and the owner was very quick at responding to any needs we had. The beach has easy access right across the street and was about a 5 minute walk. We would definitely rent this home again for a large group!

We had a great week at this property. It is in need of some exterior repairs, but nothing major and understandable considering the location. My only concern was that we paid the owner $140 for beach chairs for the week and were told by the beach vendor that they are complimentary for Crystal Shores. We got our money’s worth out of them though!

We had so much fun at this property. Everything was just as advertised. Few issues we had they sent a handy man named Miguel.. He was fast to take care of things. He was very friendly and super attentive to our whole group. He has the face and personality you hope you see when you need something taken care of. He was our super star while we were there. We would diff stay here again.

We loved staying at this property. Beach access is right across the street. The owner has chairs, boogie boards & sand toys! The long driveway allowed us to have 4 vehicles & 2 golf cart rentals. The game room was a huge hit for us adults to hang out when babies were sleeping. The carriage house was great for my young twenty year olds to be close enough but still have their space. I was worried from a previous review that the kitchen wouldn’t be fully stocked. It had more than enough everything. The pool was a great place for us to chill out while babies were napping. Wonderful family time we had.!!!

Right across from a boardwalk to the beach! Check in process great! Could use a little TLC but overall great house! Rugs could be swept little better and an updated list of things that are there would be great because we packed more than needed because it wasn’t listed on the website.

rundown house needs a lot of work

We had the best time here. The house size and location were great for not being directly on the beach. Super short walk. Definitely get the beach chair/umbrella service that’s offered. It was a life saver. There were plenty of chairs and toys at the house for the beach and a wagon, but we honestly didn’t use most of it. The pool was perfect for after the kids were tired of sand, and wanted to have a night swim. The owner and his team were great and super responsive with ensuring check-in was smooth, etc. could there be some upgrades? Sure. The one washer/dryer set didn’t really work, and some newer pots/pans would be good, maybe some more silverware, but honestly it was not even a big deal. The house and location was awesome. Great time!!!!

Everything was as described. Great location and even had umbrellas and chairs pre-booked to be set up the entire week for us at the beach. Public access directly across the street. Highly recommend!

Great week

I brought my 3 children and their families. There were 14 in total. The house was to sleep 20, (We got charged extra for 14 people) which we did very comfortably. The beds were dirty so we ended up stripping all the sheets. We found hair bloody bandages, hair and crumbs in the sheets. The location was great a 2 minute walk to the beach. Most of the chairs and boogie boards were broken so don't count on those. The kitchen and grill were not adequate to feed us. The grill flamed up and burnt the food and there were no pans suitable to feed a large family. Only 12 forks in the house. Called about the shower not working in the guest house they said they would be by to check on it and never showed up. There is only 1 working set if washer and dryers. Overall my family enjoyed the vacation, but a lot can be improved Almost for got the game room is great (a little warm due to the washer and dryer) we had a pool tournament at the end of the week. Good thing I a lot already prepared.

House is very spacious and minutes away from the beach. The owner (Michael) was very accommodating and easy to work with, which made the our stay a great experience.

This house was very spacious & clean and the beach was just a short walk. I loved the privacy of the house & pool and the area is so clean and upscale. The pool came with the heat option which we did get and I would recommend for April renters. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking about renting a beach house. This is definitely the way to go. The owner was super nice and easy to deal with, making this experience just great all around.

Pictures accurately show this is a gorgeous vacation place. Continual bookings can clue you in that this vrbo is one to choose. (I almost don't want to review this place and continue popularity, but I can't stay there all year.) We LOVED THE LOCATION. You seriously leave the gate, walk across the street, and you are at the beautiful beach. When we wanted to stay home, the pool was a big hit for everyone. (Totally recommend getting pool heat in March. It was wonderful even on overcast days.) We brought our own inflatables and beach toys, but they had some there you could use in addition to the chairs and wagon. Swimming pool was very private with attractive landscaping. We felt very safe with only one deeper corner and the rest of the pool just a few feet deep with stairs. Lovely deck and surrounding area. We didn't use the barbecue or patio table but it was a great option. Wonderful gameroom inside! Handy to have double washer dryer sets even though during our stay (mid March 2022) one washer was out of order, we were happy to have the extra dryer! Few minor concerns that popped up were addressed quickly. Nice communication. Possible cons: --Only one ensuite bathroom, so more "shared" bathrooms for the rest. (Other bathrooms are well designed though!) --Bring your own kitchen towels because we couldn't find any. --Highchair no longer there as of mid March 2022. -Roll out couches could use a deep cleaning, but this place is constantly booked. Overall no real complaints. Wonderful vacation home in Destin. I would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our 2 families for a week! The house is tucked back in the corner of the neighborhood and surrounded by shrubs in the back which offered great privacy for the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for daily walks. We were able to use the 4 bedrooms in the main house for both adult couples and then the 3 kids. There was also the carriage house that has 2 more bedrooms where we had our father. He enjoyed having his own space! The main living area and kitchen are nice and open, plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils/dishware/pots and pans. The converted garage was a fun hangout spot for everyone. We paid to have the pool heated (dates 2/19-2/26) which was worth it! Even on the 60 degree days we were all able to enjoy the water. The house is basically directly across from a boardwalk to a public beach access too! Michael the owner was easy to get in touch with if needed.

Check in was super simple and I was able to stay in touch with Michael (owner) and Miguel (property manager) throughout our stay. The house is so nice and in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is fantastic and the walk to the beach is so close. We paid to heat the pool and it was so worth it. The home is fully stocked with necessary essentials and has tons of fun items for the pool or beach. So much space and bedrooms in the main and cottage house, you could really have a large group. The game room is also a great addition, especially on rainy days or in the winter months when it gets dark so early. We were so close to lots of entertainment like shopping, restaurants, boating, and of course the beach. This is the second year in a row we have stayed in the home in December. We have really enjoyed the property and all it has to offer. We will definitely be back!!!

This home is very clean and big enough for a large family. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. The pool was very nice and the walk across the street to the beach was better than I expected. The traffic will stop for people to cross so it isn’t difficult with small children. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation.
